My daughter went to the Xfinity store to return a box that was not working properly. Xfinity had replaced it, and this was the return of the original box. My daughter was having a very very hard time at the guy would not take it back extremely disappointed in Xfinity, very poor customer service . So now we have the box back at home what to do with it I don’t know. disappointed in Xfinity

Never left a review on google before, never encountered more rude staff who couldn’t be bothered to try and help me, when I’m basically ready to hand out my money. Never been to other xfiniti stores but probably any other store is a better bet than this one

Had the worst customer experience was going to buy a phone left to the ATM TO withdrawal de money not even 7 minutes came back to pay the phone in full and it ends up they sold my phone this is the worst xfinty and the retail sales consultant name is Louis Kipta shady guy had the guts to tell me go to another store if you like to

Hands down one of the worst customer service experiences ever. Jasmin the store manager is unprofessional and condescending. She needs to be retrained in customer experience and do better moving forward. Jasmin being the face of Xfinity at this store location just goes to show you how customer service has declined with Xfinity. So grateful I have no services with Xfinity anymore and don’t have to deal with rude and inconsiderate behavior from people in positions that represent a company.

Terrible customer service virtual assistant. Can't speak with anybody when u need help and the virtual assistant doesn't know what there doing.

Terrible Customer Service waited over an hour to return equipment with staff on breaks and talking to other employees. Returns should be quick, Simple, and easy. And it was once I got serviced by employee. Watched customers leave because of the lack of service that was given.

Julian Sanchez is the name of the employee that you should not work with. This employee, I’m pretty sure on purpose, messed up switching over accounts on purpose. Overcharged the account for $200 and said not to worry about it. He also gave a card and will not respond to any emails. They lost me as a customer and management should seriously consider getting rid of this employee. Very incompetent.

Terrible customer service at this location.
They gave me the wrong modem for my internet service. So when I went back to get the right modem for my internet plan, Julian said there was a 1 hour wait. I explained to him it was there fault I have the wrong modem and it isn't fair I should have to wait an hour for a simple modem swap. He said there was nothing he could do for me. Mind you I have been a customer for more than a decade. Definitely wouldn't recommend this location.

Terrible service, the girl who was at the door reluctantly helped us
He told us that he did not speak Spanish and he spoke to another client in Spanish
We were waiting 30 minutes for the people who arrived after us, they were attended to. We had to leave.
It's too bad that the workers don't like to serve in Spanish.

I had a terrible experience with their internet and mobile services. The connection was unreliable, customer support was unhelpful, and they made false promises about speeds and coverage. I strongly advise against using their services for any reason.

The worst company ever! They blocked my SIM card without any notice, even though I had paid for it. I couldn’t make calls or use cellular data for 2 days. The system somehow linked my old number and mixed things up, despite me being an Xfinity user for 1.5 years. They said they were sorry, but those excuses don’t make any difference to me. I wasted too much time on this.
Hot line is unreachable!
I had to go to the store a sit there for more that an hour
