I typically don’t write reviews but I had to this time. I was in the fitting room trying on dresses for a quince and the manager Cerina was rude to not only her customers but also the other employee in the fitting room. Unfortunate because the dresses at the store were very nice.

The ladies at this store were super helpful! Despite being busy they made an effort to help be shop for a graduation! Over all the employees on staff were so kind and always smiling! They make the store feel more like a boutique

Our favorite store to buy dresses and accessories! Huge selection of everything what girl needs to looks stunning. My daughter (16) owes many dresses from Windsor- she loves them all! Staff are very friendly and helpful, store is clean and organized! Highly recommended

I’m not sure if there is new management but some of the employees seem a little lost.I was returning items I ordered online in which I didn’t try any of them on. They were for a trip that was cancelled not that I owe any type of explanation.One of the items was actually still in the plastic packaging. The employee completing the refund noticed something on one of the items & proceeded to tell me “to be careful not to eat when I try things on” since there was “food” on the dress. I didn’t know that Windsor employees are also part time detectives. I’ve got to say I hope she doesn’t quit her day job for assuming incorrectly, sorry inspector gadget!Highly recommend not coming to this location.

Love coming here for skirts & dresses. Staff is very friendly & accommodating. Free parking w/Forever 21 across the hall & Victoria’s secret in the same mall. I feel more comfortable here than the one in the Fashion Outlets.

I simply LOVE Windsor! It's for every girl's occasion from hot girl summer, party/club fits, simple gatherings, dates, work/interviews or just trying to look cute as always. Definitely if I need a fit I go straight here. Had my girl Isabella help me out even though I made her struggle looking for the price of my fit but she was completely sweet, kind and helped me every step of the way. Workers like her make the experience so much better. Blessed for that! Thank you Isabella! ❤

We went shopping for Graduation dresses. We found one under $70.00 and it's beautiful!!!!! The employees were helpful and nice.

Went there for a quick purchase because I work in the mall, and needed something business-y. Katie helped me out, found me the size I needed (small) and was just SUPER BUBBLY and sweet and personable, it was like talking to an old friend. ☺️ Give her a raise, she deserves recognition for her awesome customer service.
