Called refill in several days ago. Drive thru closed every day since with a dozen people in line inside every time. Finally went inside and waited 45 minutes only to be told they didn't even have the prescription in stock. In the past they would have texted me a notice, but they didn't this time. The cashier had no explanation, no apology, and just coldly offered to transfer to another pharmacy while my son was going nuts waiting in the cart. Absolutely ridiculous. I will be changing my pharmacy moving forward. Never returning here.

This is by far the worst Walgreens I've experienced! Don't bother calling their pharmacy. I was on hold for 30 minutes, with someone audibly, picking up the call and keep putting me on hold. They at least could have had the courtesy to ask me to hold. They are grossly understaffed in the pharm

The staff at this Walgreens is courteous and helpful but impossible to get a hold of by phone. In addition, they are often out of my medications making pick up delayed. For over 30 years I have had my pharmacy needs satisfactory filled by four different Walgreens across the city of Chicago. Since moving to Dunning in Chicago almost three years ago I have been very dissatisfied by the service at this location.

Pharmacy is horrible. Someone kept picking up the phone and placing me back on hold never saying anything. After 15 mins I called to talk to the store manager. Pharmacy staff called me back and were super ignorant. I asked about the insurance they had on file for a script which was a wrong one. When I asked them to call and process the correct one they told me I'd have to contact insurance myself! Needless to say I instead contacted a competent pharmacy who correctly processed my prescription.

Pharmacy is a nightmare. Every time I come here the line is super long and the wait time is horrible. No matter what time of the day. Will be going elsewhere.

This review is for the pharmacy alone. Every single Walgreens pharmacy including this one has gone down hill drastically over the last few years. They never answer the phone (I've waited a minimum of 30 minutes every time I've called). They're rude and very unwilling to help if they're out of something. They literally won't even check other Walgreens to see if an item is there so you're forced calling each one near you wasting 30-60 minutes each time you call because as I said, they dont answer the phone.

Customer service in the pharmacy is severely lacking. "Kristi" or however she chooses to spell it has no business working with people. She is rude, condescending, and incompetent. How can you tell me my insurance doesn't cover free at home covid tests when I know for a fact my insurance isn't on file, because she never bothered to put it in?! After taking care of it myself, I had to go back and never got an apology, just attitude while I waited for my tests. I won't be coming here again as long as she is employed in the pharmacy, which is a shame because this is my neighborhood Walgreens. If I could give 0 stars I would. Don't waste your time here, and go somewhere else instead.

I have called the pharmacy multiple times about a prescription. It’s very difficult to get ahold of anyone. The phone rings and I get placed on hold. At times I’ve waited on hold for more than 15 minutes to speak with a pharmacy staff member. I get it can get busy but to keep putting me back on hold without being told anything is terrible customer service.

got vaccinated here. service was quick and friendly, so glad i went! the staff are kind and direct, very handy.

I've stopped in here numerous times to purchase soda and use the ATM. The place seemed very clean and the check-out clerks efficiently kept the check out lanes moving.
