Make sure that you watch what is done with your account VERY closely. Long story short - we added a new line on Black Friday and traded in a phone for a credit. They misapplied the credit to the wrong phone and we've been trying for a month and a half to resolve with Corporate (because when we went into this location to fix - they told us there was nothing they could do) and Corporate has not been able to resolve. All I need is them to apply the credit to the account it was supposed to be applied to - why is this so complicated?

This Verizon has to have the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced!! We had an issue initially a few weeks back but it eventually got resolved… but we had to go back for a simple return of our traded in phones… Not only is the manager not helpful.. But when a customer is waiting in line for 20 min for a desk to open up. Maybe a manager shouldn’t ask another employee who is free to go out for a smoke with him instead of helping the waiting customer!! I truly believe that is horrible customer service. If I could I’d give this store zero stars!

Just walked in asking if they had a deal on watches I saw on the app. Doesn't say it's online exclusive so I figured going inside the store was easier. I was approached by a woman who looked at the deal I showed her and just said it was an online deal. Didn't bother checking the system or even if my lines qualified for the deal. I reread the deal no where does it say online only. I went to another store and they sat me down and looked at the deal and my lines.

Really bad service. I traded in my phone and i should have credit for $800 on my account. The Business Account Manager never told me that is going to be deducted monthly. I asked him for receipts, he said i will receive everything by email. I never received anything according to that . And i never signed any contract for 3 years. But im on a contract. DON’T GO TO THIS STORE

Outstanding customer service, yet again. Jose is the man to see for 1st class service. Very pleasant, professional and well informed. Treated us on multiple occasions like we were family. My husband and I deal only with him if he is available. I would like to also give a "shot out" to David and Miguel who also helped out this last visit. The store manager Mr. Bershed has an outstanding team. He also is very polite, professional and strives to only give 1st class service. Thank you everyone for a great experience. No "upselling", just good old fashioned helpful and polite customer servce.

I was told they would add voicemail to new phone. Didn't happen. Told them I didn't have my phone no. And they assumed I had a phone. They wouldn't give me my password for my hot spot. And they wouldn't take 2 month payments.... Unable to take more than one month's payment. What a difference 5 yrs makes. Was a victim of phasing and the guys at the store verified. The Mgr had a way of verifying me. The young man who helped me...."cleaned up my tablet & clarified my unlimited plan". They were quick, concerned and kind.

Verizon in Norridge is by far the best place to get your cell phone needs taken care of. Kevin the manager and Marcin took care of my family members and they couldn't have been more awesome. Thanks guys , you are rock stars Stay safe all Bob C :)
