Terrible service. Demanded money to help us, targeted to one of the Ukrainian and a Polish workers. Wouldn’t want to help us unless we payed them for their help. Everything until this time was amazing, but demanding money is too much.

We were desperate for data at a convention and they hooked us up on a pay-as-you-go plan nice and quick, and they were incredibly friendly and helpful at getting us the lowest price plan that fit our needs.

Would rate lower if i could. There are the most rude people at this location that you’ll ever meet. When asking the simple questions of how to do a date backup… they require a service fee. If you don’t want to pay they say they cant help you and to look up how to do it online. Keep in mind I’ve had my Verizon plan for more than 10 years. Feeling like a “Valued customer “ more than ever today!!!?

This is my first day using Total by Verizon, and the experience is terrible. When my whole family switched to Total from Verizon, their service immediately crashed. One of the lines stopped working after the switch. Furthermore, it stopped working for my husband in the middle of the road in California. He's a truck driver, and imagine being stranded without communication in the middle of the road. I immediately called the hotline. Sorry, but the English of your operators is terrible. Then they transferred me to technical support. They provided too much unnecessary information and didn't say anything about the cause of the failure. I wasted over an hour on chat support, and most of the time, I was waiting. Also, the operator was rude and didn't explain why we ended up in this situation. I want to mention that the phone and network worked perfectly until the transition started. My husband got internet access at the gas station through Wi-Fi. We followed all the instructions the operators gave us, but it was all in vain. Every time we called, it felt like we were going in circles. We were asked the same questions and told the same things as the previous operator.
Hey, stop working from a script. There are situations where action is needed, not shifting responsibility to users. I'm outraged. I won't recommend anyone. It's better not to deal with you at all.

Stay away . “Manager “ didn’t catch her name
( short , chubby with nose piercing) is awful . She’s very miserable person. They need to get rid of her and hire somebody who is willing to work and would appreciate the job . Somebody with a good customer service skills

I went and they answered reluctantly, I told them if there was someone who could help me in Spanish since my English is not so understandable. They should hire someone in Spanish ?

I went to this location 10 years and was happy with the service. My watch, bough in this location, stop working. I came to find out about a new watch and a service. I was shocked by not good service and left to other Verizon store where I got all nessesary answer and great customer service.

BE CAREFUL!!!!! if you go for a FREE PHONE because at the end it will turn out that you have to pay $ 1,200 in 36 payments. Without telling me about it. at some point I was offered the same phone but with a larger capacity, which I easily agreed to, no one informed me that I would have to pay $1,200 in 36 payments, it was simply ignored, nice people but not very well trained, or maybe that's just the way they aretrained, I talked to the manager a few days later who completely ignored me and kicked me out of the store because I made a joke Should I bring a lawyer every time I sign a contract for which I was kicked out of the Verizon on Harlem store, shame on you, very unprofessional behavior!

So, we came in this morning and nobody said hello to us. Nobody asked us if we need any help, nothing. I just can’t understand how you can treat your clients like this. We have been waiting for half an hour for someone just to check us in. But there were just few people there
