“I visited a few weeks ago to grab a few cigars for an event. I had read good things about Norwood Royal prior to my visit and had been meaning to check it out for myself. On entering, I was greeted by Sam. I knew what I was looking for heading in, and he promptly directed me to the right place. He also provided a suggestion for a new cigar I had not had before based on my selection. I did not get the sense he was just trying to sell more product, rather that he genuinely thought I'd enjoy this recommendation, which I appreciated. I was in and out in 10 minutes. Thanks Sam. The guy that runs it is super nice, and super knowledgeable.
They have a wide selection of both vape juice and vaporizers, Plus all kinds of other stuff. It seems that if you need it he probably has it.
I popped in for some vape juice and he was able to get me taken care of.
Prices seem very reasonable and it's just overall a great little vape shop.
They also have a good selection of glass and other stuff, I don't know much about that but he seems to have a lot.
I would highly recommend that you come in and have a look around.”

“Stopped in with my partner last month to get him a new vape and juice to go with it. Chris was a super chill helpful dude. He took time to explain everything to us and answer all our questions. I don't use vape products and it's been a while since my partner was into vaping, so it was awesome having Chris to help us find the right products. Glad we ended up buying from here instead of one of the shops in the city. They know a lot more about the products at Vape Monkeys and Chicago won't mix juice for you. “Great great great service! Such a gentleman. The salesman who helped me was very genuine, very kind, and very respectful. He answered all my questions and had amazing recommendations. On top of that I asked him to please watch me get back to my car because there was a sketchy man standing right outside the store. I had refused to buy products for that man so I was scared for my safety to get back to my car. The salesman was gracious enough to see me get back in my car and drive off safely. “I love this place! Love the workers too. But I always come around 930ish and lights are always off and not open yet. :( so I end up buying super expensive cigarillos from the gas station that are stale half the time. I would 100% rather buy from your store than an over priced gas station.”
