i returned an item, and Amazon never received it. I asked for receipt i the lady tell me we don't have receipt but you r okay. it's already a month, and I never get my money back. ALWAYS ASK FOR RECEIPT

This woman went off on a carrier yelling and screaming for her item when the carrier explained that the post office was closed since it was Saturday the woman was not listening so she then proceeded to film the carrier antagonizing her following her and the carrier had no choice but to call police. Police was called and the woman was told to leave due to the fact that the place was closed she left without her item and upset. For those who go to this post office don’t go there demanding yelling and filming to get your item and also make sure that the place isn’t closed before going down there and causing a ruckus for absolutely no reason. By the way the woman in this photo was wrong and I and numerous of others witnessed her behavior towards that specific carrier then to go online and fabricated the whole situation but failed to mention you went after business hrs insane. Also failed to mention you was searching through postal vehicles on postal property looking for your carrier through the parking lot again AFTER BUSINESS HRS Hopefully she will gain some manners and do not repeat this threatening behavior towards anyone again.

How the managers hiring people to this branch?. I came to ask for my package, I hoped that my postman was still there. I asked the girl who was nearby if she had seen him, in response she started yelling at me for no reason, and said that if I didn’t go, she would call the police😂 police? for what. I just ask a question 😂. So I said I would wait, if she was not in her mind, and want to call cops. The police arrived in 2 minutes and I explained why she called them and we laughed. Then when I wanted to show the video of her behavior to the police, she said she would give me the package in exchange for me deleting the video of her yelling at me for asking her a question, but I refused. Also, as far as I know, my postman was still on the way, and she is lying again and still can’t give me the package. She is only afraid of me showing her behavior on video.
I sympathize with the people whose area this mail-lady serves and is responsible for. Thanks God its not mine.

Terrible location. They are never open on time and the staff is terrible. Almost everyone in this place is rude and has no drive to do their job.

This place doesn’t even deserve a 1 star. Came to try and get address change forms. The young African American woman at the front desk was extremely unprofessional. Her body language & behavior stated “I DONT WANT TO BE HERE” she literally dragged her feet just to pick out the forms and hand them to me. Oh but wait. The elderly man before me who had been waiting for at least 30mn was waiting for someone to check on the status of his stated concern. The elderly man hard of hearing stated multiple times he was hard of hearing, the young gal proceeded to speak so soft without energy with an EarPod in her ear. Stating a manager would come talk to him. She proceeded to ask him “ did she come talk to you?” He said “no one has come to talk to me.” She replied “oh wow.” With a smirk on her face. She then proceeded to ask how I needed help totally brushing him off. Why are people like this being hired??? Clearly she doesn’t like her costumer service job. Terrible service. Terrible place conditions. Terrible selection of staff.
