This place doesn’t even deserve a 1 star. Came to try and get address change forms. The young African American woman at the front desk was extremely unprofessional. Her body language & behavior stated “I DONT WANT TO BE HERE” she literally dragged her feet just to pick out the forms and hand them to me. Oh but wait. The elderly man before me who had been waiting for at least 30mn was waiting for someone to check on the status of his stated concern. The elderly man hard of hearing stated multiple times he was hard of hearing, the young gal proceeded to speak so soft without energy with an EarPod in her ear. Stating a manager would come talk to him. She proceeded to ask him “ did she come talk to you?” He said “no one has come to talk to me.” She replied “oh wow.” With a smirk on her face. She then proceeded to ask how I needed help totally brushing him off. Why are people like this being hired??? Clearly she doesn’t like her costumer service job. Terrible service. Terrible place conditions. Terrible selection of staff.

Instead of doing their job and delivering my package they waited for the end of the day to mark my package undeliverable because “the business was closed” (it’s a house so you know they were lying just to end their shift). Must be nice to end your work day whenever you feel like it and just lie to customers (both shippers and receivers) about why you didn’t do your job.

Absolute worst service. My sister and I are always really nice to staff and try to get in and out and not bother them. They always close early and the one staff member tonight treated my sister so rudely that she cried. We run a small bussiness and are just trying to get by and to be treated so rudely for mailing a package is beyond horrible. We were there well before close and the staff berated my sister for having to drop off a package at 5:10 when the post office doesn't close until 5:30. I know nothing will be done but I would just like to share my experience in hopes others will speak up for being treated rudely.

The worst place is the African American woman, she is very rude, it feels like she is being forced to work there! They don’t deliver my letters, in the morning they send me an email saying that such and such letters will arrive, in the end they don’t exist and can’t be found. Terrible service

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE PLACE
My package was never delivered. They couldn’t tell me who was the driver who lost my package or delivered to wrong address! They told me to file the claim but it is impossible to do since their website doesn’t work!!! I’m starting to think that they just stealing them because it is not a first time they lost package or delivered to a different address .
Such a useless management who can’t resolve any issue,they should be fired since they just not able to do their job

Nothing but lazy bums... The animals you hire at the front desk are a joke... Some of the laziest pos I've ever seen.. fire the person who hires these problems.

The most terrible place I've ever seen, the employee is an African American woman, terrible nasty, she doesn't know her job, she's rude, I wouldn't want to see her there sometimes the courier takes our mail back and we have to go to them but I always have problems getting my package I hate it place and this woman?????

Standing here at the desk for 45 min, ringing a bell once a while and nothing…calling excuse me to the staff walking in the hall, they pretending they don’t hear it. No place to seat down, prepare to wait standing… or bring a foldable chair with you and some book to read, also some snack

absolutely terrible post office. my package was never delivered but when i call to ask for help they lie and cut me off when i can see the tracking history…. starting to think they keep packages here. staff is rude too. 0 stars if i could.

If I could rate the service at -10, I would. Every time I have a delivery from this post office I do not receive my orders. I have to come to the office to pick up my package. The workers are rude. I do not want to return my parcels. My driver's license is from another state, they say they can't give me packages now, they say I have to change my driver's license to IllinoisThe horror
