Extremely unprofessional service from Alyssa. I was supposed to have my hair done for my wedding tomorrow and she cancelled on me last minute even after confirming a few days ago that I was still coming in. Just extremely disrespectful. It’s a bit crazy that customers are expected to pay a deposit fee if they don’t show up or cancel last minute, but stylists are not held accountable for the same actions.

I came in looking for a new face cleanser feeling like i was never going to find one that would leave my skin feeling normal and not like a desert. Feeling hopeless Griselda magically appeared and made my search easy as pie, not only helped me find a good product but blessed me with info on other things i should consider in helping my skin. She approached me like a human and showed a genuine care and didnt leave me feeling like i was being sold on something. Thankful for my experience here and the clarins face oil cleanser has been kind to me :)

I came into this location looking for a travel size of the It cosmetics under eye cream. The associate that approached me offered to color match me for a full size. I showed her the bottle I brought in and said “I know the color, I just need the travel size for an upcoming trip” and explained the website said it was in stock at this location. She said “well then go check the grab and go.” I tried to locate it up by the registers but couldn’t check everywhere because of the line. No one else offered help.

Mary, Marisol and Jimmy took care of me in the store and I was so appreciative!! Jimmy helped me find a product I've been meaning to get so easily and offered great advice. Mary and Marisol rang me up at the counter and helped me with a coupon offer I was trying to redeem. Overall the experience was wonderful and I'll definitely be back to this Ulta, they made my day!

Another business in my community, is providing outstanding customer service, Ulta Beauty, on Harlem in Norridge, IL! On several occasions, I've received great customer service with great savings coupons from the managers Tyler. Tyler is a professional patient manager. Like many other Ulta staff! And Ulta beauty salon continues, to provide professional servies to my family. Hair Stylest, Mia does an amazing providing my daughter with updated hair styles for a reasonable prices!

I just left the Ulta store that's located within the Gap Center in Norridge. Itzel, working the pickup station, helped me with my order after having some trouble redeeming my points. Not only did she help me, she recommended me great products, and walked me step by step throughout the process- all while wearing a smile and making me feel welcomed. I have been an Ulta customer for many years and i've never felt more welcomed before! Thank you so much Itzel!

If I can rate -0 I would, all the testers are locked up. I have to wait FOREVER for a sales associate to open the cabinets and spray it for me like I’m 10 ?!?! The store is literally always dirty. The register lines are extremely long. Do not recommend do not recommend

Today The cashier Mitchelle was extremely rude had a nasty attitude, I approached the counter politely to check out and for what ever reason was snatching things and huffing I don’t know what was her problem

I love ulta but I had such a bad experience at this particular location. The cashier (Itzel) was more concerned about her coworker leaving the area than actually assisting me. It felt like I was bothering her. I will not be returning to this location.
