Fantastic experience with our wedding, start to finish. The initial call was easy, and the sales rep provided solid advice, thinking through, and completed our reservation. Dispatch was great for contact info, and drivers were reliable and polite. Our guests loved having this service at our wedding, and Stretch Limo made it seamless for us. Well done, team.

Best experience ever! Stretch Limousine Company is professional, friendly, on time, communicative with the 24 hour advance email confirming itinerary and text message with driver and dispatch contact information. this was our first time using their company and its services. Our driver Dorothy was friendly, on time and is a great driver. She dropped us off at the airport and picked us up on our return. She made me a believer in this company. I will recommend her and the Stretch Limousine Company to everyone. I put them in my contacts and will definitely book with them again!

They are always 15 minutes early for pick up from our house. Unfortunately, they are never on time picking us up. We’ve flown into terminal 5 multiple times recently. I receive a text that the driver is on location, but they aren’t. I call and they are always “10 minutes away”. It’s always more like 20-30. After long flights we just want to go home. We’ll be finding another company.

In my opinion, Stretch Limousine is the most efficient and reliable travel service between Milwaukee and O'Hare. My favorite driver is Sebastian - he has driven me more than half a dozen times and is extremely pleasant and an excellent driver!

I find it hard to believe that someone would say that the drivers are rude. We've been using this company for years and probably more than twice a year. We've never experienced anything but exceptional service each time

If you need a ride to the airport, this transportation company is GREAT! The vehicles are super clean and the drivers are the best. My chauffeurs were Sebastian and Marzena, they were both professional and friendly, making the ride relaxing and stress free. You ALWAYS get picked up on time with no worries. When in Chicago for business or recreation, this company is my favorite!

We have used Stretch Limousine for years and the service has always been excellent. Are recent drivers were Lumir and Sebastian and both were incredibly friendly, helpful and on time. I’ve never had an issue with this company and would highly recommend them.

I recently had the pleasure of using Stretch Limousine. My drivers name was Sebastian. I would just like to say he is the Best Driver ever. Courtesy Prompt Respectful Exceeded Expectations. Knowledgeable of the area. I would Highly recommend this company and my personal choose in drivers will always be Sebastian for all future trips.

I called a day prior to have my sister picked up at the airport. Spoke with a gentleman named Max who was extremely nice and very helpful. Explained how everthing worked and assured me she would have seemless effort in obtaining the driver. My sister was picked up by a woman and said it was the best transportation she has every had from the airport. For anyone that requires drivers and/or various vehicles for transport, parties, or weddings, I recommend this company. Seems very reliable to me, and great customer service. Thanks again Max for your help and the great service of the company. You are my future go-to for transportation!

Sorry I tried to book this company, went by their rates on the website, I came out to $800 for the job.Spoke to Luke and he said he would call me back in 5 minutes with a quote, 3 hours later I called him, and he came up with $1,900.Sorry but I would not trust them at all.
