Staples is usually well-stocked and manned by knowledgable and friendly associates. This visit, I asked an associate where I can find a product. He gave me a flippant answer. My fiance found the product by herself. I was disappointed with this associate.

I ordered a pick up file cabinet for 1 hour pick up. Drove 45 minutes and then get an email they don’t have it.
was told I could get a different file cabinet for same discounted price. When I went to the register the managers would not honor any discounts.
Lady at cashier was nice but otherwise waste of my time and gas.

I’d have to say this location is honestly amazing. Even while being extremely busy. Luis was very patient and helpful. Even while the computers were giving them a hard time, he was still able to service everybody properly and as quick as he possibly could. Rare, this is a far from me, but I travel just for this quality of service. He could’ve easily gotten frustrated and overwhelmed. But he was great!!

Went to return a package from a vendor that gave this location as a viable ship return point. The employee just kept saying they weren't a UPS store. OBVIOUSLY. But it's a UPS drop point. Employee seemed like he had half a brain and the manager probably a quarter of a brain. Horrible customer service..

I placed an order with the print center. They waited till 1pm the day the order was supposed to be ready to let me know their printer is broken. It's too late to order anywhere else without a rush charge, and they totally left me hanging on promo materials for an important conference. I will definitely never order from Staples again!

I came into Staples today needing assistance and Jonathan who was busy at the time let me know everything would be okay AND he was right
It did turn out all right, actually it was perfect because of Staples Employee Jonathan.

Every one are nice except the two ladies working at the printer. They are not helpful and accommodating. A little rude.

Horrible they never have enough staff to do the printing! Either the company needs to do a lot better in cross training or remove the printing completely! Smh it’s always something at this location! It literally sucks

I think you could only find a less motivated staff at a Walmart, service is nonexistent, stay away cause you will just get aggravated. I’m just waiting for the day when they’ll have their liquidation sale.

My mom needed a pay stub printed today and I wasn’t home to help her. So I referred her to our local Staples hoping she could get some customer service help.
They were no help whatsoever, they kept refusing to assist her claiming “they don’t know how”. How can you work at an office supply and print store and not know how to print a document? There were 3 guys and 1 lady and no one could help her.
I was on the phone with her when she confronted the situation and they told her “we don’t help people because then they take advantage”. That’s absolutely unprofessional and a disregard for older people.
