After many stores of trying to find my fiancé and I wedding bands and engagement ring we came across Ankica Pehar and Ruby Brozell ! From the start both ladies were incredible ! Ankica made me try on so many rings to see what i liked and i was very grateful for that! She was extremely patient and made sure i was in love with the ring! We finally found an amazing ring (at a good price too) and i couldn’t have been more happier! My fiancé as well found a ring the day of and it was his size!! I cannot thank these two ladies enough for helping us find our wedding rings that we are absolutely in love with!! Amazing customer service and so knowledgeable and patient!! Would recommend taking a visit !

They are amazing if you shop here you are always guaranteed to leave with a smile on your face. Very great at helping with every and any question I had! Recommend that if you buy jewelry you buy it at the Roger’s and hollands Harlem and Irving mall location

My boyfriend had stopped in after being disappointingly ignored at another jewelry store. Ann ( Ankica) absolutely made our day!! Truly all of the gals here were so respectful, down to earth and sweet. Ann listened to what I wanted and showed me the most perfect Silver ball earring studs. They’re exactly what I was looking for. After purchasing, she also showed my boyfriend and I some topaz jewelry and pearls since I mentioned an upcoming anniversary. Not once was she pushy. This place’s customer service is 10/10! We will definitely be coming here again. Thank you so much to everyone here for making it a memorable and pleasant experience ?

We went here for wedding rings, Had a great experience at this location, we were helped by Patricia. She was amazing and very helpful, very patient with us. Patricia will go above and beyond to help, she will answer and explain all your questions. Both her and the other girl were very nice! Thank you again! I loved my rings so did my husband, and may I add I had my two kids which didn’t really have the patience for ring shopping and patricia was very considerate and offered coloring books for them.

Went in today 6/19 to buy last minute rings my boyfriend and myself included and are sizing are not very common ring size but was taken care very well from Patricia and her associate. Unfortunately I forgot her name. Love that they were both patient and finding a last minute rings for a marriage. I hope they are treated well and recognized for their efforts they did for the service they provided to me and my future husband. We will be shopping more in the future.

I visited the store recently while on my way to another store and decided to stop in. I’m glad that I did Patricia and another associate were so patient, kind, and extremely helpful. My focus was on earrings but we also found a few more pieces that I was interested in. They have found a new forever customer in me.

I would like to commend these 3 ladies Patricia, Ann & Ruby. I was in for routine cleaning and inspection for my engagement ring. As they were trying to simply give me a receipt to prove I indeed received the inspection and cleaning they could not find my fiancé‘s account. They searched and searched with the upmost patience still could not find it. Finally they realized I was at the wrong store. I was supposed to go to Helzberg Diamonds. Even thought I was at the wrong store they still cleaned my ring and not once made me feel stupid. I was so embarrassed and apologized for taking up their time. I have to say these women made my day, just by not making me feel foolish. I really would like to Thank them for their professionalism and amazing customer service. I look forward to shopping with them to find our wedding bands. Just a side note my ring has not shined this bright since the day I got it.
