The woman who served me (Margie) at the entrance took up to 40 minutes... I was asking about mobile phone applications. I asked why so long? She replied that I wouldn't do anything and that I should wait for someone else. I went to another facility (it took me 5 minutes) Please teach these women

Horrible place horrible customer service Went in to see someone Who can take me downstairs to the safety box? in the branch. The person in the front desk check me in and told me someone would be with me. Waited 30 minutes noone came so I left. The bank was empty and saw people that work there walking back and forth. They were not doing anything I just wasted my time here. After 30 minutes I asked the person that checked me in if you have any idea how much more longer I’m gonna wait she said depend on Customer visit I say OK I was waiting another 29 minutes I asked her again I told her how much more longer I am here for one hour then she was mad and rude to me she said you shouldn’t come without appointment we only doing appointment. I told her you should tell me that when I first came.not after one hour and I told her ok if you wanna treat me like this, OK, I need someone to help me. I wanna close my account and get my money in close my safety box she said you cannot do that either you need to have appointment if you want to close your account so do you want me to give you an appointment for coming to close your account? then someone was sitting behind her on chair was not doing nothing sitting there like over one hour I find him when I first came, he came to me said oh OK I’m gonna help you OK I can help you if you still want to go to your safety box I was there for one hour and 17 minutes

If you expect good service and try to find somebody speaking Polish, dont go there. Seems like they are not proud to speak Polish.

PNC on “Montrose “ as it is known in local community, was my favorite Bank for over 20 years, since MidAmericaBank changed the name multiple times and became PNC , but still even as PNC for long time was great customer friendly Bank with lots of local customers ,with great advantages as for example stuff in specific locations speaking fluently in foreign languages to accommodate with population. The staff was helpful and waiting time very short. Unfortunately every thing changed , especially since the lockdown Covid 19 paranoia when the PNC Bank closed doors leaving customers outside, helpless and without support especially those people from local diversified communities. Now the doors are open but the service is horrible and stuff shortage forcing customers to turn around and search for help in different Banks. After hour and half waiting until someone was actually available to help I enjoyed an conversation between those few customers waiting for service , some of them had wait for over 2 hours in the lobby and pretty much everyone decided to search for better service in other local banks. This situation is ongoing and no matter what time of the day or day of week it is pretty much the same. Maybe from corporate view its correct but the truth is that without those people from local communities supporting local Banks the business eventually will dried out and regain the support will be very difficult if not impossible. Very disappointed old customer.

Very unprofessional and very rude. I come here all the time very racist and rude and nasty! You should have seen him he was laughing and playing with his phone the whole time. Customers where coming in and out and he only put the phone down when someone approached him

Fix your ATM machine...first of , you cant see anything in the sun on the screen. Second, I dont know if it was made for the SUV cars only, but with my NON SUV car I have to climb out my window to reach any screen and machine button.

I have PNC accounts for 12 years and this branch is by far the worst PNC in Chicago! Today I went to withdraw some cash from ATM and guess what, none of their two ATM machines are working! I went inside and ask one women and first of all, she approached me with Polish language, nothing against that but I do not speak Polish, I might look like Polish man but I am not. Then, when I explained to her what is all about that she knew for one ATM that’s not working but she didn’t know about the second one! Very often I go there since this location is closest where I live and very often their ATM machines are down, not working. When you go inside, it takes forever to get teller to help you. Luckily, the other PNC location at HIP Mall has been my saver in these situations for years. Frankly speaking, people at HIP Mall PNC branch are class above in politeness comparing to people at this Montrose & Harlem location…

Do not go here unless you are Polish ! They are very rude and unwelcoming to Americans; Talk to you like you are trash even though you bank here . I was having an issue with a check of mine from work that never went through . The teller asked me what my problem was since the account was negative 5 dollars . It was unbelievably embarrassing and hurtful and she wasn’t even helpful. Told me there’s nothing she can do and to have my employer issue a new check . I will never be back to this location .
