Horrible customer service. Ladies working, there had awful attitude and they were unprofessional. One of their names was Lizzy. Didn’t want to help in any way. We spend hundreds of dollars just to get treated like we are a nuisance. I will NEVER shop in this store again!! If you hate your job find something else to do!!!!

Bad customer service! Couple time I noticed attitude from personal, but most recent situation makes me upset really bad. Bought an earrings for 100$, but those earrings had very bad locker so I came back in couple days to return them I explained that locker is not good and they keep felling down all the time, the sale person said I can’t return they because I already used earrings . She said she would give me new pair of same earrings instead, I agreed because it was only one option. After a week of using new pair I lost earring again. And I still don’t understand why didn’t want to accept return if item was defective and I came back in less that 14 days(looks like this model of earrings is defective) . Just wasted my money and my patience!

The sales people here have a terrible customer service, on my first time there I didn't have a good experience, however I decided to give another try and because it's just 10n away from home. But definitely they don't have a good customer service, they don't have the right skills to treat people neither the manners to treat a customer.A soon as you enter they ignore you, if you are a sales person you have to have some sales skills to treat people and engage your clients for agood sale. With the actitud there I stepped out not buying anything.

Came to this location and waited in line for an hour. Manager Rosemary at the door kept giving updates in a very passive aggressive tone, “just letting you know, more than likely you all won’t be able to go in. So if you could all just go” and would motion us to leave with her hands. But we all held hope we could be next. Finally I’m next, and she comes out the store’s doors and says “well come back tomorrow 10AM.” No “sorry folks, we have to close the doors.” Just closes doors, locks them, walks to back of store and comes back with a sign she wrote in Sharpie “Closed.” So I ran up to the door and said I have just 1 question. She opened it, I asked “can I just cancel my order and pick up in store?” She replied with attitude “yep, tomorrow at 10am.” And closes the door on my face. 1. That’s false info, I can’t cancel my order once it’s made. I already tried. Hence why I was at the store to try to repurchase it because my online order hadn’t shipped yet. 2. She was very unprofessional, passive aggressive and gave attitude to all who walked up the store. She said to me “well my girls have been working all day the day after Christmas.” After I said we’ve been waiting in line for a long time. Rosemary, a lot of retailers work after Christmas, I worked ON Christmas because I’m a nurse. It’s called a job. I don’t know if Rosemary was called to work on her day off, or didn’t get the work bonus she wanted, or if she got coal for Christmas but that lady deterred me from this location. And I have been coming to this location for years. Some people are meant to be managers and some just don’t have the people skills to.Forgot to mention that Rosemary closed the doors on my face 15 mins before the official Pandora closing time of 9pm. She had made a sign saying “Doors closing 8:45pm” and stuck to it. Even when I was next in line and store was clearing out.Sadly, the reason for the trip wasn’t for myself. But for a coworker that I was seeing tomorrow. My order hasn’t shipped and obviously wouldn’t get to me on time. If Rosemary would’ve simply let me into the store to repurchase the item I would’ve made my coworker really happy.

The customer service is extremely unprofessional. They don’t answer any calls & they hang up on their customers. I just recently bought 2 pairs of earrings this past Friday (December 8th) & it was packed in front of me. I had gave both earrings to the 2 people I had bought them for. As one of the people were opening their gift, there was no earrings in the box. The bag was not open or anything, kept the pandora box the way it was until I gave it to the person. I called customer service & the lady didn’t sound professional at all. She told me she would ‘check the cameras’ to see if what I was saying was accurate & asked for a number to call back. As I was giving my phone number, she put me on hold then hung up on me. I’ve never had this happened to me so for the earrings not to be in the box is ridiculous. It’s not about the money, the earrings were a gift for somebody that was going away & now I can’t give that gift. I’ve called repeatedly after I was hung up on & no answer whatsoever.

I just wanna say the girl Karina is a very sweet and patient worker who helped me get the charm bracelet I wanted and made sure I was very happy with it. I was feeling a little bad because I had her constantly going behind the glass constantly checking different sizes of bracelets and different styles (she checked like 8+ times for me), but she kept a smile on her face the entire time which I highly appreciated and it made my visit even more welcoming!

Bought my mom a necklace 2 years ago just because and it was beautiful so came back to buy her a bracelet for her birthday and the bracelet broke weeks later. Cheap material, will go back for my money back

There's no communication between the employees. A lot of people walk in. One employee took people who walked in after 3 other employees. They started to write names in order to help. Yet other were picking and choosing who they helped.

I had purchased 2 charms today, Jamie the sales lead was very patient with me in helping to choose the right charms for my wife. The engraving machine was abit slow and she kept me entertained with small conversations which I didn't mind while she fixed the machine. And apologied at the end, but her service delivery was excellent today and I see why she is the lead in sales.

I spend lots of money here and the lady who helped me was rushing me and not helpful at all… She didn’t even put tissue in all three of the bags and I seen plenty of tissue paper available!! I didn’t notice until I got home. When she wrapped my gifts. Very rude attitude for no reason… then the promotion that was going on I didn’t get a free bracelet like they said. “If you spend that amount”! What a ripoff. Never shopping here again very disappointed. Heartbreaking………. Disgusting. Shopping as a mother On Mother’s Day weekend to get treated this way…… unbelievable.
