“Khan and all the girls who work at this store are very kind and helpful.this is my go-to store, they are very transparent and honor their return policy. I was there last week and saw there’s sometimes rude, disrespectful costumers, they don’t appreciate the job these people are doing and the effort to make the costumers happy.”

Treated us on multiple occasions like we were family. My husband and I deal only with him if he is available. I would like to also give a "shot out" to David and Miguel who also helped out this last visit. The store manager Mr. Bershed has an outstanding team. He also is very polite, professional and strives to only give 1st class service. Thank you everyone for a great experience. No "upselling", just good old fashioned helpful and polite customer servce.”

“The checker Jacob saved us from extreme pain and disappointment! My kid earned some money and wanted to buy Fortnite V-Bucks, as one does. While checking out with Jacob, he saw that someone had scratched off the code on the back of the V-Bucks gift card. Someone could have had the code loaded in their system and stole the V-Bucks. (Worst case scenario!)Jacob saved us from a potentially tragic Saturday morning, where I'm sure I'd never had figured out what occurred.Thanks Jacob!”
“Always a fun place to visit and destroy any budget you previously set. I personally don't like having laptops or TVs shipped. Best Buy offers a great alternative to online shopping where u can check out what you're buying. In an era where stores seem to have less inventory reducing overhead that doesn't seem to happen here. Things do get sold out but inventory comes in several times a week.If you ever have an issue or something you feel you're not getting the response you expect just see a member of management. Speaking from a personal experience management values the customer and goes out of their way to make every experience the Best Buy possible.”
