They changed $20 to shorten my dress pants. After wearing them two times, the hem came undone. When I asked them to fix it, they said it is my fault and asked for $8 to fix it!That is the way to lose a returning customerService: Alterations

Terrible experience. I was in town for a wedding, so dropped off a 3 piece suit to be pressed on Friday morning. I was told it would be ready by 6pm that night. I went in to pick up Saturday morning instead, but was told my suit was not ready. Confused and frustrated since the wedding started in 2 hours, I asked where it could be. They told me that thier machine had been broken, so my suit was sent to the other location. They still had me pay the full price, even without providing my suit, and had me drive 10 minutes to pick up at the other store. I arrive to the other store and my suit has not even been started. Since they had already made me pay, I had to wait and watch while the employee rushed through pressing my suit incorrectly. No apology given, and will make you pay full price for terrible service. Avoid, I'm sure there are better, more professional dry cleaners in the surrounding area that won't make you drive all over town.

Very disappointed. Been going here for several years 10 years plus) spent hundreds — probably thousands - and did not receive a refund. Had sets of business casual pants brought in for press only.Items came back with an awful smell. Had to rewash clothes 3 times...yes 3 times to get the smell out.Told me she couldn’t do anything about it- no refund- not their fault.Same day, during pick up, another customer complained about her clothes smelling bad as well. Blamed me on how I wash my clothes.Really! Beware!! Don’t use this cleaners!!! Awful awful awful

I liked it in here. The court I dropped off for the dry cleaning was just perfectly clean, like a new one. And the guy who works there is super friendly and nice ! Will come here again! Thank you

Spent $70 to have 2 panels cleaned and pleated. Pleating was terrible, some pleats not even put in, if you don't take pride in your job, don't do it. Somebody else will!

I asked for a new zipper on my winter coat, it broke. I took it in Dec 13 and was told that it will be done by Dec 16th. When I arrived to pick up the coat, the zipper looked horrible; threads were showing and a big chunk of material on the side of the zipper was not sewn in(looked like a $5 fix not the $40 I paid). I explained to the woman - who I think is the owner , that this zipper looks horrible and I would like it redone, she agreed to redo it and said it would be ready in 3 days. I get there today and am told that the zipper is not done because the owner wanted to talk to me to explain that it can not be done the right way. I drove there just to find out that it's still laying around, they could have contacted me days ago to notify me. I have a hard time understanding why they waited 3 days to tell me that they can not fix that. I would not mind getting a phone call instead of driving in. Also, I had to explain that the coat is my only winter coat, and that I need it back because it's COLD. HORRIBLE OVERALL SERVICE, I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE .

BEWARE!!!! I asked to have my six shirts washed, when I arrived for pickup I was charged for Dry Cleaning. Complaining to the owner she told me that these shirts were supposed to be only dry cleaned. When I showed her the tags saying machine wash, she told me I was wrong, that I don't know how to take care of my clothes. The owner did not reduce my charge and demanded I pay for her staff's mistake. I think she should spend more time shaving her mustache so she isn't so blind when looking at the register and order tickets. They will rip you off, they are rude, they are horrible horrible people!!!
