Rayna at the Harwood Heights Kohl’s Customer Service counter went above and beyond to exceed my expectations. She was friendly and took time to search the items I wanted to exchange for different sizes to determine they were only available online when I arrived just before closing time. She also helped look up my Kohl’s Card. Sometimes people are in a rush to close and are unwilling to go the extra mile at the end of the day, but my experience with Rayna was different. She provided excellent service throughout our interaction and I felt valued as a Kohl’s customer.

Excellent store fir men's shoe or men's big
And tall.
Only complaint...they have big and tall jeans.
But no big and tall dress pants.
