Smell inside the store is disgusting. I was checking on something to buy, but I wish I had gone to another place like Hobby Lobby or Michael's.

Store has definitely changed in recent years. Lot of the shelves were empty not sure if that was from the weekend rush. The staff was very nice. Wish the music in the store was a little more profound as it was just playing from a single speaker at the center of the store. Though their deals are still very good and I will continue shopping here as they've been very good to me and my family.

I have been waiting for my order to ship since December 7th and all I keep getting is a notification of things that are not in stock and still no shipping date. They have cut off communication via chat and customer service hotline. You can send emails but they never get answered. This store is a total rip off and I will never buy/order anything from them again. I now have to dispute any charges via my bank. This type of customer service causes stores to close down, just ask Sears. Bate and switch is not how you attract customers. They have the nerve not to allow you to cancel your order!! You obviously don't have the items so give people they money back!!!

Much smaller & less selection than the JOANN on Elston. Every time I go to this location I wish I’d just saved my time and gone to a bigger one.

Manager was rude! She was a short Hispanic lady. I went in to buy some brushes and paint, clearly had a BOGO sign. Told the lady at the cashier and the manager told her that all the signs were taken down this morning that their isn’t no BOGO sign for those. After I finished my purchased, I went to go find the manager to show her the BOGO sign. She clearly yanked the sign and said “Have a nice day”. This is a disgusting behavior for a manager and lying to a customer saying all the signs were taken down when clearly I showed the lady in the front the sign. If she so unhappy with her job, then she can go find a job that doesn’t involve customer service!
