2900 W Armitage Ave, Chicago“super cute store and the employee working was so much fun to talk to. was great visiting from atlanta and was excited to stumble upon this place. she recommended us going to an oddities store right down the street when we were leaving, and that place was super cool too!”
“Beautiful shop and the owner was very sweet. A lot of eclectic things in this store. The jewelry selection is so stunning! The piece I picked for myself was made by a designer in Kenya. Highly recommended this local shop.”
“I was kind of going between 4 and 5 stars, but thought to bump it up to a 5 because its a small business and exactly the kind of store you want in your community. The basic premise is that its a store that showcases Chicago based items and Chicago based companies. I really like it because its a great place to buy a unique gift for somebody. I would say most of the items lean towards "home goods", but if you ever need something for a housewarming party or need that last minute birthday gift, this place has you covered. If there is any "downside" is that their items tend to be a little bit on the expensive side. That really shouldn't be surprising as it is a small business supporting other small businesses. I also wish they had wider hours, but the foot traffic might not call for it. If you are looking for a cool Chicago gift for yourself or somebody else, I would highly recommend checking this place out! They are very nice and have some really good finds!”
“This is the best place to shop whether you are looking for a gift for a friend, your MIL, a teacher or even just something for yourself. Every time I stop in they have new products that are always so cute and clever. I have purchased candles, jewelry, hair clips and headbands, vases and glassware, unique cards and so many more products. You don’t want to miss this awesome little shop when visiting Logan Square!”
“1st time ordering from Edible Arrangements and they did not disappoint!! Decided to order from the Oak Park location and they were outstanding. Got a 15%off discount for a pick up order so decided to try it. The arrangement was a nice size and affordable price $64 to be exact. They were very pleasant when I walked in to pick up. I definitely recommend this location in Oak Park! Thank you team!!!”

“My favorite smoke shop! The owner is the best. She's super sweet and very helpful. I go here for all my smoke stuff. Very unique and beautiful selection of pipes and accessories. Great place for gifts.”
“I received the most beautiful flower arrangement. Later I learned from my cousin that she had purchased the arrangement at Cindy's Flower shop. I highly recommend this flower shop as their work is creatively, stunning, beautiful.”
“This is one of my favorite stores. There is a ton of unique jewelry and home goods here, and the prices are reasonable. All the items are beautifully handmade and I love supporting Ten Thousand Villages' Fair Trade mission.”
11AM - 5PM
120 N Marion St, Oak Park“Christmas is here at Scratch N sniff. Visit and get all the sweet things for your family and friends. Christmas is around the corner and you don't want to be caught giftless. They have all you need for all ages, friends and family.”
“I was impressed with the unusual mostly vintage furnishings. The quality of fabrics and workmanship of the clothing and accessories was magnificent. I bought an assortment of incense on this first visit (unplanned) as I tried not to take home pieces I didn't have space to house. The service was welcoming and friendly. I'll visit again and again.”
11AM - 5:30PM
828 Dempster St, Evanston“Super quaint shop that's got an extensive collection of religious/philosophical texts, Buddhist symbols, and Tibetan clothing/art. The prices are a little on the higher end (I spent $60 on my first visit for a book, two mala bracelets, and a print), but I didn't mind because it was supporting a local business. The shop owner escaped Tibet at age 7 and immigrated to the US after living for years in India. They've got a great knowledge of local Buddhist community gatherings/groups, as well as information about how you should plan your trip if you ever travel to Tibet. A must-visit in the NorthShore area for any of the sangha -- beginners or long-term practitioners-- as well as folks interested in learning about other cultures.”
“I recently visited this establishment the Elmhurst location and the service was excellent! The young lady Amy was there to help me every step of the way!! I came in unsure of what I wanted and she helped and guided me with buying the most beautiful arrangement. Everything was fresh, neat and beautiful as I needed it to be. My boyfriend absolutely loved it, he said it was amazing and so good and that’s all I wanted…mission accomplished!! If you’re ever in the area please stop in and ask for Amy she’s patient friendly and caring!!! Thank you so much for making this worthwhile will be back for future arrangements!!!”
“We came a few days after Christmas and there were still some Christmas stuff inside, and we bought a cute pendant with 50% off! I feel very happy. There are many cute decorations and home accessories inside, and the service staff are very friendly.”

4425 N Milwaukee Ave, Chicago“I love this local shop! They have the best gifts and the clothing is very comfortable. They use very soft tees and sweatshirts for their prints. Every time I stop in they have new offerings. The employees are super kind and helpful, too. I hope they remain in the neighborhood for many, many years to come!”
11AM - 7PM
4710 N Lincoln Ave, Chicago“I've wanted to stop in Neighborly many many times, only to be thwarted by parking in Lincoln Square, or the times I've been able to find parking it has been early and the store wasn't open. Yay for Apple Fest, I was able to stop on by! They had a small booth at Apple Fest but I'm glad that we were still there when the store opened because as you may imagine, there was quite a bit more in store. They feature local artisans and lots of Chicago merchandise, from clothing to artwork. I bought baby's first hoodie here because it's super cute with the Chicago flag and everything! The staff were really friendly as well and happily they take digital wallets. Next time I have guests, this is the shop I'm going to suggest to them whether or not they think they want souvenirs, because they have a lot of great stuff here. I will definitely return as well because they have some lovely items that can work for home or as gifts. I especially would like to find a onesie or t-shirt for my daughter that has the Ork Posters (who own Neighborly) neighborhoods image on it.”
“Everyone needs a cigar now and then, if so this is definitely a place in the western suburbs you should check out. Behind the very ordinary exterior resides a fantastic humidor. There selection is next to none and carries a range that should satisfy your smoking needs . Their prices are fair and much lower than most cigar stores in the area. As an example I will use la Gloria Cubana Series R # 7. This is my personal favorite. Most cigar stores charge up to $12.99 a stick. This store carries them at $8.99 a stick. If you buy them online in a box you can get that down to around $7, but you must pay shipping. So their pricing is good if you need a couple of cigars for golfing , card game or party. This is a friendly store and they also carry lighters, fuel and cigarettes. The store is several blocks west of York road on Irving Park road in Bensenville. Give them a try, you will be glad you did!”
“I love this store! It has been in Park Ridge for more than 20 years in various store fronts, but is now back on tge main strip where it iz!belongs! Raffia has so many cool things and I am so happy zo rediscovered”
“An eclectic mix of items can be found here, which makes it an interesting place to stop. You may have fun finding a gift here too. I didn't really expect to find anything here but I've been curious about it for about a decade. There's apparel, mostly with a Chicago bent to it; some children's clothing; cards; snarky socks; and even a large wall of tarot cards, which surprised me. The shopkeeper was friendly as well.”
“I needed light weight pants for a last minute work trip, and they will able to ship out the pants to me that day. They even included a handwritten note! I highly recommend this store. I was in a pickle, and they were the only folks that were willing to help me out.”
“Staff is eager to help and extensively knowledgable on what they offer. Unique, elevated merch with lovely designs. Pins, plushes, and stickers are good, but I especially love their novelty items like their character blankets, kitchen sets, and loungefly bags.”
