Went in to purchase Pokémon trading cards for my sons graduation present because he loves collecting them with my husband. My husband told the girl how many he wanted to purchase and she said for you I’m going to give a limit of a certain amount because she likes seeing little kids coming in buying them. A business is a business and I was a buying customer looking to spend money. We decided to take our business elsewhere as there was no limit in the restrictions. Didn’t know employees can make their own rules on how your business makes a profit.

Terrible selling policy you need to have the controllers and cables which are worth money by themselves. Then they give you in store credit instead of money.

The staff is really annoying they never can just go straight to the point or just keep pushing the upgrade on the membership you can really tell it's a business that doesn't keep up with the times... Dear GameStop as customers we don't want to be harassed into pre orders memberships or trade in credit we just want to buy and enjoy games

Frankie is the assistant manager here and has the worst customer service. He didn't want to help my dad with answering any questions and gave my dad attitude. No one was even in the store.

The manager here is so unorganized and she refused to look up am item to see if it was available at other stores.This happened Friday at 3:20 pm and she claims she's the manager.
