Fedex driver block the entrance to the business instead of parking in a parking spot and let there customers flow in free. Went I ask the driver to moved I was told he does not care. Employee come out to see why I start honking and was took to come back at a different time by the location Employee. Sad because I go there everyday but now going to a different location.

About a month ago, I had a to ship a very important package out and Mira was the person who I was lucky enough to have help me. She was so kind and understanding of my needs. It was the weekend and she let me know how the process went and what to expect with the tracking. Because of her information, I was completely at ease. She is a very sweet, and caring young lady and I am so happy I got to meet her.

Easy to ship from here. Getting there a little tricky since it is on a triangle, bounded by Irving Park , Forest Preserve drive and Harlem.

Updated Review:So after having a bad customer service experience with some semi-new employees, I came back the next day during a different shift, and they treated me excellent, and exactly how customers should be treated, especially under the FedEx name. Definitely appreciate it and will go back and use their services. ??Moral of the story is, be careful who you hire, as one bad employee can tarnish the name of a great reputable company.

The staff was short and hostile in the way they spoke to me. Had a question about a specific shipping and I received the most hateful attitude. Was not aware one should never ask questions. Thankfully I do not have to go to this location often for shipping needs.

Bad customer service. Passive aggressive. Also, I asked to use restroom, they said it's not a public restroom. I said I've used it before and I'm buying something. Then they change their mind and say because COVID and I say COVID is over and they say they just got their 10th booster....#brainwashSheep. I say you should go on diet because your at higher risk of getting diabetes and having heart attack. Why do they give me 50 reasons why I can't use restroom. Plus barely speak English and can't hear them with 10 masks on their face. Bad vibes. Felt like the hood. Go somewhere else and you'll receive professional customer service, sincere and compassionate conversations and you won't get discriminated for being white.
