We had such a wonderful experience Thursday afternoon. Melissa was so nice to us as we came in for some candy comfort after my dad’s passing. Her words of condolences and warm personality were so needed. The candy is amazing and the service top tier. Thank you! We ate all the candy already.

I am currently sitting and waiting in line. I have been waiting for the last 30 minutes. There is 1 employee working the day before Mother's Day. There is no sense of urgency shown in this one employee. No regard for how long the line is. I have never seen someone move so slow in my life. This is ridiculous. The scheduling manager should be coached. Immediately.
