Disappointing that they don't have a fishing department. Believe it or not, there are a lot of anglers in the area. You would gain a considerable amount of traffic given that there's no other fishing stores within a 10 mile radius.

Great store with fantastic employees. Joel from the shoe department was the best! Very patient and knowledgeable. We will definitely be back to get more shoes.

I would give it ZERO stars if possible!!!Absolute worst experience I’ve ever had at any sporting goods store. I bought two pairs of adidas running shoes for my boys that each cost 189.99. My older son wore the shoes one time and the shoelace eye hole broke. A week later my younger son’s shoe formed a hole in the toe area. I attempted to return the shoes at the store I purchased them from and was told since they were not in re-sellable condition they would not issue me any form of compensation, refund, credit, or exchange. I bought the shoes on my score card that I’ve had since inception. So my purchase was easily verified. But, that meant nothing to the manager, as I was told I needed to deal directly with the manufacturer. An Absolute joke of an answer!Dick’s puts the burden of dealing with the manufacturer of a defective product on the customer. Dick’s doesn’t stand by the quality of products they sell or provide a resolution or help to loyal customers, instead the inconvenience loyal customers to fight with the manufacturer. Another absolute joke is the chat to help option. I wasted over an hour of my time trying to get a resolution or contact information so I could talk to a manager only to be offered a $25 gift card.WHAT AN INSULT!Never again, good riddance.

Talking with the corporate customer service rep was the worst experience ever. We ordered a bicycle for our grandson's birthday. We called and they said it was ready for pick up. When we arrived they said the bike was damaged and that they had cancelled our order. I called customer service and all I got was that's our policy. NO help at all. We are just subcontractors for Dick's Sporting Goods and that he was the highest person I could talk to. Not even a suggestion of what he could do for me. Very frustrating. I even asked if they could call another store and have it brought to the store and the reply was, " We don't do that." Told me I would have to order another one.I than called the store and the first person I talked to agreed the customer service is bad. I finally got to the manager of the bike department He was much more helpful and made me feel better about the store. He promised the bike would be at the store tomorrow noon. WE shall see. To be continued.

Went to look at excesise equipment must not really want to sell them they are way in the corner of store all dusty look like no one touches them was a big turn off.When walking in the store it looks more like a sports clothes store.

Went to pick up a new driver I ordered online. I should of opened it and checked it out while I was at the store. Of course I didn't, waited til I got home to discover that the "new" driver was not new. Had sticky stuff on it, chipped, hit marks etc.I drove back and they quickly made it right!! Paris the gentleman in the golf section was superb!!I will be back to get my clubs re-gripped!!

Received an email today that my online order was ready for pickup. Arrived and checked in for curbside and no one came out. I Walked inside only to be told that they didn’t have the size I ordered. What a waste of my time!!

Great service and location....plus they open at 9 am. Salesperson was friendly and with muck knowledge. Will go back again and recommend to other people.
