Had my battery replaced by the young man Wednesday night. Had to come back Thursday to pick it up. It is working fine now. Excellent service I will certainly recommend this service. Thank you

If I could, I would’ve gave him no stars I went to get a battery placement for my watch. The guy told me wait 20 minutes so I waited 30 minutes he decide to tell me he couldn’t do it which he could’ve said that from the jump. Bad customer service.

I am very unhappy with the service from Dakota Watch Company . I asked my brother to buy a watch for my fiancé as a present for Christmas. The watch that he purchased was a $110. I decided to return the watch after Christmas because I changed my mind of what gift to get for my Fiancé. I went with my brother to return the watch, however I was told that they do not have enough money to do the return for me. I was told to come on a weekend because that's when they have it more busy. I went on my own time to return the watch on January 2nd,. The employee told me that because the watch was over $100 , they will send out a check to my address instead of giving me cash. I provided my address and what was needed for the return. I walked out with a receipt of the return. I didn't receive a check in my mail for two weeks now. I decided to go yesterday to ask about my check with my brother that bought the watch for me. There were no customers and the employee at the counter didn't bother to greet us. She pretended to not notice us while she was organizing watches. We waited for about 10 mins I got really irritated so I went up to her and told her, " I know you are REALLY busy, but I have a few questions about my refund". I told her about my situation that I have not received my check for the refund yet and it has been 2 weeks. It was the same employee that I returned my watch to. She told me that she will call the manager. I talked to the manager over the phone, and the manager told me that I did an exchange because the employee that did my return on the 2nd of January told the manager that I made an exchange not a return. I never made an exchange. I returned the watch and was told by the employee that I will receive a check. The Employee that did the transaction for me on Jan 2nd is a Liar and she does not provide great customer service. Not only do I not have my money , but I also do not have the watch. They stole my money and refuse to give me my money back...because they are now telling me that they have to check the cameras, and they can't do anything for me until they finish the investigation. I do not recommend this store to anyone. They steal your money and do not care to resolve your problem. I am very upset I definitely do not think that they will give me my money back. I do not recommend anyone to do any returns because you will NOT get your money back. They provide terrible service. All they did was lie to my face trying to make me believe that I did an exchange when I never did.
