I have attempted multiple online transactions with Chase and they have all been horrible experiences. They have an impenetrable login protocol. Their customer service is appallingly awful. A wire transfer initiated one week ago has yet to be completed. Repeated calls to Chase have yielded no answers as to what is going on. They seem to be all about "security " and have no interest in "service". I cannot discourage the use of Chase more vigorously.

Do not go to this location at lunch time (11). Went in to make a withdraw Hannah took my card an ID said she was going on lunch and walked away with both. She then proceeds to leave for lunch. I tried to get anyone's attention in the back, and the other teller was able to help two other people. Time trying to get anyone's attention to help, twelve minutes.

We are chase customers for over 10 years now, we have multiple accounts so we came today 20 minutes before closing to open up a new account for our son and been told that today it's not going to happen because it takes a long time. We are very disappointed with the customer service.

My mother has been a CHASE customer for several decades, and a few weeks ago we went in to this location to simply add me to her account. We met with Roman Kureiko (
[email protected]) and the first thing he asked me was if I was a U.S. citizen or permanent resident! He did not say why he was asking me this or tell me whether this is a question that is asked of everyone (which I doubt). I know that most customers at this location are white, but this is still no excuse to be racist! I'm sure they did not ask my mother if she was a U.S. citizen when they took her money!

I spent 2 1/2 hours on hold with Chase yesterday trying to verify my identity for a Southwest Airlines card. After finally speaking to someone, I was told I needed to visit a branch to verify my identity and it would only take a few minutes. I was annoyed but I went to the nearest Chase branch to me at around 1:20 pm on a Saturday. This was 40 minutes until they closed at 2 PM, which I know is cutting it close but 40 minutes is adequate time to help a customer. I was referred to Sara who told me it was too late today because all of their bankers were busy. I asked how long the wait would be and she told me they were basically done for the day. As a manager of a bank myself, I would NEVER turn down a customer within this time frame. I complete understand me walking in 15 minutes before closing, but this was closer to an hour. Needless to say, this is why Chase continues to maintain a bad reputation and why I have decided against opening a card with them.

The bank teller completed 2 transactions at the same time, and thus no record of the deposit. I had to make 15 calls the Chase 800 number to get help. the bank manager and office will NOT return ANY VOICEMAIL that you leave. CHASE BANK IS NOW THE WORST SERVICE, right with the phone companies. I WILL end my 20 year history there as soon as possible. any yes, I left several messages and called 20 times at least...

Irma needs a new job. Went through the business lane to do our usual 2 week deposit. She said she could not deposit the checks since the name did not say our "legal name dba our dba name" (not how dba's work) we explained that the dba name alone on the check (not legal name AND dba) was fine and that we had been cashing checks like that for years. She said she wouldn't do it and said we were problem customers and was super rude (we've never had any issues and have been great for Chase as our account is 11 years old here, we keep a consistently high balance and have never had any issues - no bounced checks etc). Ended up leaving to go to the Chase we usually go to on Cumberland - they deposited the checks with no issues. Today I went to go make another deposit at the Cumberland Chase location, the teller says "this is weird, there's a flag on your account saying there's an issue with your dba name. have you ever had any trouble with this?" - I explained again that it's our dba, registered on our account since 2008, and that there shouldn't be an issue. She checked the account and put the deposit through. Later today we called Chase and guess what? A note was put on our account to not deposit checks with only our dba name. Will NOT be coming back to this branch location as the staff needs to be retrained or removed so they don't make life difficult for business clients.

Always crowded and only two tellers. The waiting area is always crowded and if you want to talk to a banker you don't know what to do or where to sign in. There isn't anyone greet you or to help you so you have to wander around until someone offers to assist. If you are new to the bank it's really confusing. I got a letter because my minor account was dormant and they threatened to close my account and transfer my money to the State so I came to close my account. I don't have time to be checking my bank accounts. Other banks don't threaten you like that.

Chase bank has great perks like quick pay and bonus for opening accounts but you'll need an emailed code. Paul helped me opened my account and was very thorough with the whole process. I see a long future with chase bank. This bank can get packed most of the time but it's the closest one around norridge haha.

I've had to dispute an ATM error twice already. It shorts me all the time so I can't even trust going to the drive through or ATMs in general.. so dumb how they got rid of tellers and replaced them with machines and a "business only" drive through lane.

I have a good experience at this branch, I was able to deposit money quick, the person at the register was nice, did not have to wait at all, then again it was during the day on a weekday so not so busy. Will stop by again.
