I just needed some cash and a roll of quarters. The ATMs in the entrance where ok for getting cash, they let you choose the bills you want which is nice. They have a $3.50 fee for non customers which is the highest I’ve ever seen.Then I went inside and got the quarters. Didn’t have to wait in line and the employees were helpful. I was there less than 5 minutes total.

I have to agree with the statement prior to mine the girl at the front desk is terrible. I was trying to open two high school accounts for my daughters and she tells me we can’t do it today because we only have two bankers. I have multiple accounts with Chase and took the day off and went to the Harlem and Irving Chase and opened two high school accounts as a walk in with no “appointment” as she insisted I needed. I will never come back to this Chase.

Young girl at the front desk!!It is unacceptable to talk to the customers as she talked to me.It was hard to keep conversation.Her Raised voice, fast talking, ignoring my statements, rude interruptions when I was speaking, giving commands, accusations and walking away when I didn’t finish my sentence and wanted ask question.It was not the J.P. Morgan Chase great Customer Service which I experience since 2007.If I’ll have that service again in any other location (I’m not going to this place anymore) the result will be only one.Withdrawal of all funds, paying off all cc cards and closing all accounts.Dear J.P. Morgan Chase please have some training in manners for all level of employees.Bankers and tellers are amazing.Most of the front desk ppl too,Except this one (Ana or Anna - she wouldn't repeat her name when I asked)

Waste of time. We had an appointment, waited for 20 minutes, then asked whether we should wait more or go home - they told us to go home. What is the point of making an appointment?

I had an issue of a charge that wasn't supposed to be or it should've been notified and it wasn't I went to the bank spoke to the manager and immediately was credited the amount that was I was overcharged plus a little bit for the inconvenience the service was great attitude was professional I recommend this bank absolutely

Something needs to be pretty huge (good or bad) for me to take the time to do a review. If you need something notarized, you'd better hope the girl with the power trip here is in the right mood. There is a difference between protocol/regulations and just being petty; she errs on the far side of petty. She sat in silence, looking at her computer screen for 20+ minutes to see if my son's ID was acceptable so that he can register for classes at a city college. She told us that she couldn't find anything saying that what he had wasn't acceptable. But rather than erring on the side of decency, she wasn't satisfied. She then got up and took another 10 minutes to go "ask a supervisor" their opinion. My son just graduated high school in June. He has autism, and is terrified at the idea of driving so he doesn't have a license. We had a picture ID, social security card, birth certificate, mail in his name. All of that to get him into a city college. It wasn't a last will and testament or a financial issue. It was a residency verification sheet. If it weren't so infuriating, it would be humorous. "This kid might be scamming to get into the world renowned community college. By the power vested in me, I shall never allow such madness!" I'd usually say that rules are rules, but she legit went above and beyond (taking more than half an hour in the process) to find a reason to say notarizing this paper would not happen. (Side note: as we got up to leave, she said "I'm sure you'll find someone who can notarize this, no problem." Yeah, it shouldn't have been a "problem" anywhere.)

Above and beyond service. Every time I’ve come here the tellers and bank staff are polite and helpful. I haven’t been here in a while because we moved, but stopped in yesterday to make a deposit. I hit a small snag with one of the fees, the teller was kind enough to offer help right away and quickly got the branch managers attention for the inquiry. I didn’t ask for the manager. The fee was reversed, I got a call from the manager today. I have to say that even if the fee had not been reversed I would be writing this review. The staff are amazing and make you feel like you’re working with humans (it’s been rough to get that feel post Covid). They are attentive and care about people. I wish all banks and branches operated this way.

Always busy location in this strip mall. Very hard to find parking due to the other retailers that have businesses here. Friendly & helpful staff inside the bank.

Some annoying blonde lady not sure if polish is a greeter and very bad way of saying hi. She's looks really angry and hostile and seems like she's talking about the customers but in polish so you won't understand. The tellers are sort of obnoxious too, not a friendly bank branch.
