Went in to open Sapphire Preferred CC and Marcin was super helpful and welcoming. I did had to wait 20 mins more than my scheduled time.

Count all rolls of quarters when you get them from here
I was short.. 50 cents from this branch
I went in and they told me they do not verify.How many quarters are in each roll!

here you will be fined $185 if you leave your car here and go to one of their stores for 30 minutes!!!! it's just a scam for money, it's public territory, because there are shops and people go there, and it's not considered PRIVATE TERRITORY! I could go and buy something in one of the stores and not pay this fine, because I have the right to it!!!!! I will never leave my car there or use the services in this area again in my life!!!!!

this is a small bank, they have ample customers. It depends on the time you get there. They do have more then normal help at this facility and you are taking care for in a timely manner.

There should be more than one cashier. I just walked in there and there was a huge line, one cashier working, and 7 people sitting there smiling with Chase clothes on. Doing nothing. I understand that you are lazy and no one really wants to work, but come on. Even one more cashier would cut the time down in half. Basic math and basic work ethic. Chase has been getting worse and worse employees pretty consistently for the last five years. It is not a covid thing with Chase. Covid did not mess up their business. Their consistently bad hiring over the last half decade has made their business slip. It is just some regular bank now. I used to think it was the cream of the crop.

I just needed some cash and a roll of quarters. The ATMs in the entrance where ok for getting cash, they let you choose the bills you want which is nice. They have a $3.50 fee for non customers which is the highest I’ve ever seen.Then I went inside and got the quarters. Didn’t have to wait in line and the employees were helpful. I was there less than 5 minutes total.

I have to agree with the statement prior to mine the girl at the front desk is terrible. I was trying to open two high school accounts for my daughters and she tells me we can’t do it today because we only have two bankers. I have multiple accounts with Chase and took the day off and went to the Harlem and Irving Chase and opened two high school accounts as a walk in with no “appointment” as she insisted I needed. I will never come back to this Chase.
