I have been banking with my company for the last 20 years. I prefer to go to the Elmwood Park location be cause the few times I came here, I am greeted at the door by an older woman who I would guess is the manager. She does not smile or say hello. She stares as if I am wearing a mask. I'm not sensitive so it does not bother me. I went through the drive thru and asked for a deposit bag. The clerk in the drive thru sends me a deposit slip. When i explain that I need a bag not a slip, she snaps at me that they don't carry those and sends more slips. Then the older woman comes to the window and sends yet more slips. you don't carry the lockable bags that I have been putting my deposits in for the last 20 years? Do they have too much business and no longer want mine? Maybe they hid their manners and smiles in the same place where these unused bags are? I for one, will take my business to Chase. It's a farther drive but they are more professional.

Mike gave me great customer service and helped me with a situation that was confusing me. I was having trouble getting through at one point but i was informed that they have a new phone system so its understandable. Im glad everything was fixed and that byline bank helps there customers. ?

I went in earlier today for some assistance with an account and overdraft charges that we were not aware of. I had the pleasure of speaking with Yolanda at the Norridge location. She and Erick did such an amazing job with helping us resolve the issue. Their customer service and devotion to helping us was very nice. Thank you.
