Young women was cashier but my hot food with my frozen chicken. I told her why .Then she started throwing my food in bags.my bread with cat food cans worst ever I seen.

This market is an international market with mostly eastern and Western European food. It seems it’s best for when it has good sales so you can shop here for things you like and get stuff that’s on a good sale. The produce is fresh and clean and the meat and cheese section are decent. The Seafood section is small. It has so much international variety and items imported so it’s fun to go through to see the snacks and products. It’s clean inside and the staff and wonderful.

I called to see if they deliver or if they had pickup?They do not deliver.You wod have to go with one of the public services.They don't have pickup. Either you or one of the public services would have to do the shopping.As I was talking to the girl on the phone someone told her to get off the phone.I was telling her how Butera and Tonys were once the same store until the brothers had a disagreement and went their separate ways.It wod be nice if there was a Buteras near me in the city.

I like shopping there. The prices are not too bad. I don't pay for bags. They have a lot of Spanish vegetables and frozen sides. I'm happy shopping there.

the store stinks, the staff is not friendly, the man who works is so dirty, he didn't shower or shave....I asked him why the line to pay the electricity bill wasn't working and that man shouted at me!!!! it happened on 09.12.2023 at 3:20 PM

The manager Ronnie who is always at the desk register is always rude to me, everytime i go there gives me an attitude, would put another customer in front of me all though i was next in line , gets offended if asked a product question or asknfor alchohol from the cabinet since he has the key, i just ask, how does he keep his role as a manager...he has poor customer service and bad judgement on customers how to treat the them...that sux! Must be related to the owner of the store i guess...or knows someone...they need a change of managers w more positive friendly helpful attitude..stop judging a book by its cover. Im a nice person . And a loyal customer... all the time has to give me and my wife the same o b.s. seperate occasions...pathetic

This time was spent looking for zero powerade the different flavors was very limited however I also found even jewel has only 4 or 5 flavors. But we got what I needed.

Strangest Butera ever. Super small. Random stuff behind the counter like asprin. Stood at the service desk for what seemed like forever before a cashier asked to help. The guy working at the service counrlter just ignored me...totally disrespectful. Thank God I was only stopping in to grab something quick.
