I have a bad experience with this company. The landlord does not keep promises. If you pay less than your neighbor, be prepared, you may be asked to leave.

I will never recommend this place !!!!, People be careful!!! when you sign lease. Be careful also with the maintenance (Jeff) he is very not professional and amateur person for this position. If you expect your security deposit you can forget, owner (Bruno), and the maintenance ( Jeff) will do everything, you will receive maybe 25 %. I was charged for things wich I never had in this place, plus some imagined things. Owner is very arogant and bully.

As a recommendation, I would say do NOT rent from them. I began my rental experience w them 2 years ago when I originally signed my lease. Lenny, the old manager, was extremely nice and helpful. Always answered our questions and would always get back to us ASAP. Every year we would renew our lease they wanted to increase the rent because the apartments were "worth more than what they originally charged". If that were the case, why did they not charge that initially? They seem to be under new management, and I have to say this woman, Sandy has an extreme attitude for no apparent reason. I called the office inquiring to get my security deposit back after not hearing from them after 1 and a half months from leaving the apartment. She immediately snapped at me that she sent me an email w the ending of lease agreement and I had never responded. After I informed her that I had never received an email, she then asked what my email address was and claimed she had the wrong one on file. Which is extremely strange considering I had my rental invoices sent to that same email every month while we lived there. She then claimed to "forward" the email to me which never came through and then proceeded to send me a new email that clearly was just written up and sent. All of this, and mind you I never received a phone call or anything else to inform me of this so-called email she originally sent me. No one had ever informed me that the manager/landlord was changing so when I was moving out, I called Lenny and he informed me he no longer worked with this company. Is that really an appropriate way to find out that you have to contact someone else with moving arrangements? Plus their charges on your security deposit are absolutely ridiculous after the fact. They charge $60 for something that costs around $10. I am so glad we moved out of these apartments, so I do not have to deal with that woman ever again.
