First time visiting this store. i was greeted by the awesome associate Jess! she was so nice polite also gave positive vibes. she was very helpful, I was looking for specific Loungefly backpacks she helped me right away .she knew exactly what I was looking for .she explained to me how i can earn points also deals ! which items came with wallets. I love my four Loungefly backpacks .i am very happy????-Thank you Jess for the awesome customer service also great conversation . Definitely coming back next weekend! I recommend this location also i recommend asking for Jess ???? she is awesome great vibes .

To much mainstream anime and Disney stuff, but really good and cute products despite that. It's almost convinced me to get things from stuff I don't usually care for just for the quality.

THEY WERE AWESOME!! I live all the way in TN and they were LITERALLY the ONLY store with the Miles Morales exclusive backpack. They allowed me to place it on hold and have a friend family member that lived in the local area come scoop it up. Thanks again for the great customer service I'm excited.

My experience is SUPERB every time i go. I get asked if i need help and get notified about the deals. They’re very professional and super friendly. I never had an issue when coming in. I LOVE Karelys!! She’s an amazing manager!

Was my very first time in a BoxLunch store. It was a very great experience overall. Lani was very helpful and super friendly. Norman was super informative on products and the rewards program. Would definitely visit again!

I made friends with some co workers and sometimes I’ll be walking and they’ll wave. So nice there! Just wish their phones would work :(
