Great service!
I had 4 pairs of shoes that needed repair and this was my first visit so I was reluctant when he asked for payment in advance but Benny ended up doing 3 repairs while I waited and I’m very happy with the work!
Looking forward to returning!!
His prices are so low, I gave him more than he asked. It’s not easy to find a shoe repair craftsman these days and he deserves it!!

Brought my leather slide sandals in for repair, got them back in worse shape than before. He used metal rivets to secure the strap that was peeling instead of glue, they now look atrocious and will be thrown out.

This place ruined my husband's $500 Italian leather shoes! We asked for polishing of shoes and they look like he painted them! I also needed the heels fixed on my pumps.. he put the caps but the heel was still scuffed and chipped, I've never had horrible work done on our shoes, and he still charged us!

I gave the shoes for repair - it was necessary to make a lock (I paid in advance) and in a week, when I came to pick them up, they said that they could not do it and the money will not be returned!!!! I went to another workshop and as it turned out, they tore the top I am satisfied and do not recommend such low-quality service to anyone!!!((

Benny has resoled my Danskos 3 times - saved the heels on a style they no longer make/ he fixed a ripped center slit in a kit leather skirt that looked unfixable!! He has resoled many of my birks & today schooled me with a stain on a light brown pair of suede Dankos!! I tried everything to get the oil out! (I was ready to have him dye them!) He fixed it right in front of me!! New soles/heels (rubber) because I was there! The BEST! & super reasonable prices! Top notch!

Beware! I took my shoes to get repaired. The man asked me to pay and pick up the next day. He decided to dye my shoes because he couldn't fix them. He slapped on some glue and made them worse. I asked for my money back and he walked away. Left to the back and didn't come back! Who does this? Total scam! Do not go here. Go at your own risk!
