Christmas shopping here was a breeze. Great selection. Zales and Kay's are sister companies so the quality and guarantees are the same. For instance, if your item breaks, they replace it, free of charge.I wish they had more pendants to choose from. The sale was buy 2 get the 3rd for free. There are only 3 boxes to choose from... Purple and blue inside... Yellow and Orange inside...Orange and Pink inside.

Betty was amazing and so much fun. She interacted with our group & kept my 13 year old neice & mother calm while they got ears & cartilage peireced. I would definatly recommend Betty. She was very honest and experienced.

I came to piercing pagoda after learning that they had a nice selection of children's jewelry. It was just before Valentine's Day and although my daughter is only 2 and a half, and I wanted to get her something special. I met the manager Betty and she was so friendly and helpful. I bought a beautiful small pink heart charm and gold necklace for my daughter and the matching children's ring for myself.The charm ended up getting lost when the necklace was taken off. I went back and was fortunate enough to see Betty again. Of course it was another amazing experience. I will definitely be making more purchases for my daughter and myself there in the future. Thank you so much for your genuine conversation and friendly customer service!

The ladies were super cool and answers every question that I asked with no problem even though I just asked the same question in different ways. The staff was very friendly and made the environment super friendly and accepting! They also made sure to make me feel comfortable while putting my piercing on. They were super clear on how to take care of my ears as well.
