The Polish lady that was helping me (wore a sparkly plaid suit jacket, she had light blonde shoulder length hair) walked me into her office only to make me feel dumb by telling me to re try entering my credit card information to a site that obviously worked, but incorrectly-I speculate a hacker and will not.. but she shouldn't tell people to enter their credit card info into a bad working websites that may be under some odd supervision. As after I had pressed to pay- it right away went to the home page. I had paid few years in a row- a confirmation page should have showed up and didn't. Therefore it is not my stupidity, but thank you very much for your poor assumption.

I am considering pulling out my accounts and dropping BOA. edytav Adamus very bad customer service. I wanted change to break a 100 bill for 2 50s she made me go thru a BIG line all she had to do was help me. When I got mad she threatened to ask me to leave. She is ver unprofessional, degrading, and racist

this place is horrible at customer service ,even though you have money in there bank, they treat you like your trash not only the staff should get replaced. Whoever is in charge of their training, and the hiring at the bank ,I thought Chase was horrible , but Bank of America makes Chase look like they’re the king of the hill

If you need someone that blames non-English speaking immigrants ADITA is the one for you! I watched ADITA blame my mother for a 8,000 dollar fraud issue, saying she must have “clicked some buttons”. If you have any serious concerns, please save yourself a headache and do not bring your business to ADITA. Not everyone has 8,000 dollars to spare sister.

I’ve read the reviews and still wanted to try out myself why BOA has so low reviews all around. I wanted to discuss business financing and the lady(Barbara) almost have a annoyed look on her face meeting with me. Did not ask about my business or offer different options they have and how to qualify for them. No greetings, no smile, no how are you. None. All she says is I can’t discourage you from applying but I cannot guarantee approval. That’s obvious, but not a single option was presented. I’ve talked to many banks around and they are all extremely nice. BOA please train your staff better. Look at all the reviews for BOA in this area. Horrible.

Ridiculously long wait times. One teller at ANY time during the day including the business window. ONLY 3 windows total...! Unfortunately, Bank of america has decided the customer service is going to be a thing of the past. Trust me, they are preparing for it.If you want quarters, forget it...They are blaming Covid on the shortage.If you want a notary, forget it...You must make an appointment 24 hours in advance.How about a consultation for a mortgage? "Sorry the wait time will be 30 minutes."What a MESS..I'll be moving my personal checking and savings, as well as my business checking to another bank or credit union in the next month.
