Stop! Go anywhere else! They don't operate like a normal dentists office does. First I was greeted by the x-Ray technician who started the x-Rays, then I was examined by another person who took in depth pictures of my mouth and teeth. After that, the dentists came in and reviewed the x-Rays and exam notes with me. Then I was led to a small closed door conference room with the office manager waiting for me. As we were alone with the door closed, she handed me the whopping $17,495.00 estimate for my unique treatment plan. And this was after my insurance had been applied. The manager wanted a commitment from me on the spot. In fact, they REFUSED to complete a basic teeth cleaning (which was the purpose of my visit) because I could not commit to their expensive treatment plan. So they used up my one time free x-Rays and exam benefits from my insurance company and they wouldn't clean my teeth. I would never recommend this company to anyone after the way I was so harshly treated.

I never leave reviews and you can check my account of that but i cant express my thanks enough to the Aspen staff. Im reading some of these poor reviews laughing to myself like, were YOU the one maybe out of line that day? Because my experience couldnt of been better. I have been TERRIFIED to goto the dentist for years and they made it the most easy, laid back experience regardless of my worries, fears and hesitations. The patience and understanding expressed was more appreciated than the procedure offered.Their motto is "anything we can do to get to yes" and for a company to stick by that bold motto is insane to me in this day and age.I cant express my gratitude and thanks enough Aspen Team. ??

The staff here is absolutely amazing! Highly recommend. I have horrible anxiety when it comes to dental stuff from bad experiences but the care from the team here was great!

The staff are welcoming and friendly. I like the steps (x-rays and an exam) for a new patient and the dental care plan created afterwards. Also, I like that the scheduling for an appointment isn’t weeks or even months away.

I am very disappointed in the service I recieved here and am in search for a new dentist office. I walked in for my appointment today and there was 3 people in the office and no one greated me. I stood there for almost 10 minutes before I said "hello", then finally the person infront of me looked up frim her PC.There were also several people behind the counter laughing out loud vs tending to me, the paying patient and there was even a doctor or nurse that made a negative comment about me asking for help to his co worker. It's a very unprofessional office.I also do not trust the billing process.

Dr. Tolla and Amanda (at the front desk) are amazing! I highly recommend Dr. Tolla. He explains everything and is very professional. Amanda has great communication skills and makes scheduling an appointment a piece of cake. Harris is nice too. The rest of the staff are just pain in the butt ??♂️ they don’t show any empathy, nor look into what you need or what you’re in for. I had a bad experience with 2 different doctors at this location and requested only to be seen by Dr. Tolla. Dr. Tolla and Amanda are 5/5 stars. The rest of the staff are 0/5 starts. I ended up walking out twice without being seen. They make you go into a room and leave you there for 30+ minutes. Such a poorly managed office with 0 customer service. Don’t waste your time going here.

They lied about being able to help me with a root canal and then suggested seeking out the endodontist who was 1-2 hours away. That's a pretty tough drive in this much pain. The office staff was also incredibly unhelpful.

Overall a good experience. I needed an urgent fix for a filling that fell out the night before. They were covered by my insurance so I called and even after hours they had operators taking appointments-which was great in my case. They got me in for a 8am appt the next day. I will say I waited 30 min before actually being called back to have my tooth looked at but I feel like any doctors appt you never really get seen at the time they say. The only thing I would say was something that they could work on is introducing themselves. I saw about 4 ppl during my 2.5 hours there and no one not even the doctor introduced themselves when they entered the room so I had no clue who was who. This is a common courtesy thing. Other than that they helped me with what I needed. And I happen to have really good dental insurance so I walked out only having to pay $19 for something that would have cost thousands. Recommend.

Dr. Z is the absolute best!!!! I had 3 teeth pulled recently and never in my 46yrs of living have I ever had such a painless and fast and carefree visit. This was the best dental experience of my life and that's saying allt. These people here at Àspen Dental are so wonderful!!! My experience there was amazing!!! I would recommend the Norridge location of Aspen Dental to anyone seeking dental care. Thank you so very much!!! Everything about my experience was tops, even perfect!!!!!

this review is specifically for the assistance we received from Haris lemes... albeit several months late. in searching for an in network endodontist for my husband in a generally unhelpful process with aspen, we had the good fortune of encountering Haris who went out of his way to help us clarify obstacles snd get needed answers in a timely fashion. A sincere thank you to Haris for his professionalism, his persistrnce and his kindness ( Nine months later we have yet to find the bedded endodontist)

I'm very disappointment with this dental practice. I went in for a routine cleaning and they told me that I need to spend over $9,000 for a deep cleaning. My gut told me that they were trying to scam me and after getting a second opinion from a trustworthy dentist in the area, I was right, they use aggressive scare tactics to empty out your bank account. Be careful not to get scammed.

Booked an appointment with Aspen Dental Norridge for severe tooth pain and knew I needed a root canal (my dentist is closed Friday-Sunday). After an hour and a half they tell me that they only do root canals once a month and I can come back in 2 weeks. What a joke and major waste of time. Will never return! Do not go here if you have an emergency! They have an endodontist on location once per month!
