Scammers!! I prepaid for a phone case and the guy said come back the next day because he would have to go to the warehouse and get it. He said he would leave it with the lady who was working the next day. Returned the next day and the woman new nothing about it. Then she got on the phone and spoke with somebody and told me to come back next week. I came back the next week and the same woman was there she said it's still not here come back in two days. At that point I asked for a refund because I felt like I was being scammed. I instead for a refund and she began to become hostile. Then she said how do I even know this receipt is real. I said because the words Always Cellular and was printed at the top!! I left and made a complaint with HIP guest services. Guest services said "oh great another one from those guys".

No good! I had a new screen installed on my iPhone and it ended up shorting out the phone. Brought it someplace else where they told me a cheap faulty screen was used. There’s two kiosks in the mall (maybe more?) who are in cahoots with each other. One tried to undercut the other by 10$. Both are garbage.

These people are the worst, I spent close to $300 on repairs and accessories and they gave me a faulty battery!! I brought this to their attention and they keep dodging my attempts to get it replaced. Absolutely stay away from this place.

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!! I bought a case and screen protector from these scammers!! The Indian chick swore me up and down and guaranteed the screen would not crack.. well needless to say, it did and she did not honor anything and said I would have to pay again $150 to have it fixed.. she said I had to hit it with something, like a hammer... are you kidding me?? yes, I took a hammer to my iPhone 6 you idiot!!! ... do not buy from them, absolutely horrible customer service!!!! I will be advising against them to anyone I see at their kiosk.

Absolutely TERRIBLE service! I recently went to buy a case and screen protector at Always Cellular and when I got home, I took a good look at them and noticed the case had large scratches on it (I only had it for 2 hours and it was in the box) and the screen protector was poorly applied and coming off at the sides. I went back to this place to return the items, but the woman did NOT let me return the case, and when I said it came like that she BLAMED ME for damaging it. I did NOT get my $40 dollars back that I spent on the case, and all she did was re apply the same screen protecter. Not to mention I checked Amazon later that day and found the same case but 3 times cheaper. Stay away from this place if you don't want to get ripped off.
