Picked up a large package at this facility. This is the nicest trucking terminal that I have ever visited. The building is clean, the people are clean, and the trucks look like brand new. The dispatcher actually answered the phone the first time I called. He was friendly and knowledgeable. I was impressed.

Delivered mattress early even though they were asked not and did not take away old mattress like they said they would. Have not returned a single email or call to discuss the problem
