“I went into the store today looking for a wedding guest dress. I tried on a few dresses and really liked everything I tried on (which was a huge surprise because I've been looking at a ton of stores in the area and had yet to find a single thing I liked anywhere else!) I'm no expert, but their clothes seemed to be of good quality (no cheap materials or fast fashion).
The service was also really excellent! The salesperson I spoke to was such a big help while I was trying on the dresses, and was able to comment on which dresses were more appropriate for the event, what colors suited me, and how well they fit. She seemed very knowledgeable and had a good eye for what did and didn't work. I ended up walking out with a dress I'm really happy with and can't wait to wear. Will definitely be coming back again!”

“Loved their boutique in Uptown Normal and plan to keep shopping at their new location on College Ave. This is a wonderfully personalized shopping experience with a knowledgeable owner ready to find your best fit, function, and fashion for yoga and workouts. Her lines are also pretty incredible for casual wear and cute accessories/outerwear. She seems to care that the customer looks great and feels confident in their purchase.”

“I am hoping this store can help me, as they are always very helpful with returns. I purchased 5 clothing items on 3/8/20 in the store. They had to close on 3/18/20 due to COVID. I had also purchased 4 items on-line on 4/12/20 that I typically return to the store, but could not. I sent 9 items to the Greencastle, IN location and confirmed receipt on 4/28/20. I have had correspondence each month from the Loft Mastercard that they are working on the dispute. I'm not getting anywhere on getting my refund of $235.19 for these items and not it's been nearly 6 months since I returned them. I love the Loft clothing and I would really like to get my refund to shop again. Can you help me?”
“Love shopping here! As a plus sized woman (with plus sized family members), we're all able to find items that fit us, even if we need to order it online! In the past, because of my chest size, I was limited to boring and unsupportive options. However, Soma actually carries items I absolutely love!! Staff was very kind and helpful, was able to exchange items for a different size (even offered free shipping if it wasn't in stock). Products can be a bit pricey, but I consider it worth it because they've lasted me a years, carry my size, their bras feel secure and supportive, and their actually make me feel confident in myself ❤
I did see some reviews about not being able to find staff, but if I needed an employee I could easily go to the register and they were happy to assist me. I appreciate when I dont feel I'm being loomed over, especially when shopping for undergarments which can feel a little... awkward ?

“If there's a Ross wherever I'm traveling I always stop. I enjoy the variety and oddity, sometimes, of the items one can find in a Ross store. Once I realized the disorganized and somewhat unclean nature of the stores is corporate intentionality, I no longer pay attention to the fact Ross stores look nothing like a TJ Maxx.
Marinette Ross is a different bird compared to the many Ross stores I've visited throughout Wisconsin, Illinois, Kentucky, and Missouri. Marinette has been the cleanest, most stocked, and friendliest out of all I've been to. And by far Marinette has had the most pink tags. (I always search for the lowest priced pink tag and buy that item whether I need it or not.
Marinette Ross is worth the stop. I gave it a 4-star rating because of the garbage can out front always full every time I've stopped there. Garbage at the entrance of a store brings the experience down.”
