Used this pharmacy because it's now one of the very few open on the weekends. The pharmacy tech Sam was very nice and friendly. My script took maybe 10 minutes to fill. Would highly recommend ?

Need to put a drive through in. This and the Bloomington one are the only ones I know of that don't have the drive through pharmacy.

The staff at Walmart Pharmacy in Normal, IL ALWAYS do a great job and go above and beyond. They are very professional, polite, and take time to answer any questions you may have. They're an A+ team in my opinion! ?

my id expired on a monday. the DMV isn’t open on mondays.the guy won’t let me pick up my controlled script even tho im the same person.when I told him that this is unacceptable he threw his hand in my face told me to shut up and decided to not help me anymore. I will be finding a new pharmacy because there’s always something going on with these employees.

I would suggest changing the hours on here since you guys close at 7pm now. I would’ve saved a trip across town.

I've never had a problem with this pharmacy. I've noticed Walmart pharmacies in general can take a little longer than usual and require more patience, but that's because it's one, Walmart, and two, very understaffed. Given these two things, I've always been met with proper customer service, quick responses, and help.

Dillon mishandled my medication and caused a lot of stress for me.Dillon told me they were out of my prescription even though I just received a text yesterday saying that my medication was ready. Dillon told me that they could send my prescription to a different Walmart. I asked him if he could check but he wouldn't do it and tried to move on to the next customer. He seemed confused. When I got home I got a text saying my medication was ready, apparently they had a different brand available.Why hadn't he taken the extra step and asked for help while I was there? He caused a lot of stress for me because I was worried about going without my medication. It was very annoying to have to turn right back around to pick up my medication.

The best pharmacy imho. Staff is friendly, have gone above by recognizing I’d need more of, or something different in a couple of circumstances and after discussing it with me called the dr for me to get the change. Even spent a long time on the phone once straightening out my insurance. I love getting their text alerts when it’s time to order and when it’s ready. It’s ALWAYS done earlier than their system’s “first available time”.

I had called two hours prior to picking up my 3 month olds prescription and was told they didn't have it and hung up. After calling his doctor, I called again and the told me it would be about twenty minutes and they call me or text me when it was ready or if anything changed. 40 minutes later no call or text so I went in to talk to them in person. Once I got there they said they'd fill it real quick. It had now been 30 mins after they originally told me it would be done. Five minutes later they told me they couldn't fill his prescription because they had a question for his doctor about the dosage. Since they had waited til last minute to fill his prescription my sons doctors office was closed and the couldn't get ahold of them. Now my 3 month old has to wait for his acid reflux medicine because the pharmacy was too lazy to fill it once they got the prescription regardless of it being stated that we needed his medicine ASAP.
