Tell your cart employees to stop putting the cart buggy in the middle of the road/ aisles of cars. Stay to the side. Don't block a whole row of cars by being in the middle. I waited forever to move, he looked right at me too as I was waiting.

Another example of horrible management and terrible customer service. Upon checking out, I noticed at least (8) Walmart employees in the front of the store doing nothing, on their phones, ignoring customers, with only (1) full service register open, so naturally I elected to use the self checkout. After scanning, paying, and bagging my items, I was on my way to the exit, when the Walmart employee who would normally ask me to show him my receipt (which he didn't) says to me "you need to go back and scan and pay for those dish towels", I replied that I did scan and pay for the items in question, and he replied "no you didn't, I saw you bag them and put them in your cart without paying for them". So I asked him flat out "are you accusing me of stealing dish towels? He said "yes", so I insisted he look at my receipt to verify payment. Once he saw the items were in fact on the receipt, he replies "thank you, have a nice day". No apologize, no remorse just that lethargic Walmart sense of entitlement and authority. I was offended that I was accused of stealing, without him initially just asking for my receipt, which I was anticipating on showing him on the way out, like many Walmart's I've shopped at in the past. I understand they have a theft problem, but producing your receipt and them checking the items in your cart is Walmart's standard operating procedure (and that's what I was expecting), but this Walmart associate flat out accused me of stealing, instead of following the company's normal procedure of politely asking for my receipt upon departing the store. If he had a suspicion, it would have been verified when he saw the receipt. Not only was his behavior outrageously disrespectful, it shows what Walmart employees really think of us as; thieves. Now, I have to boycott Walmart, because I realized, when you enter a Walmart, you have to be prepared to give up your self respect, and although they sell cheap merchandise, being disrespected is a price too high to pay.

This is not my normal place to shop, and I quickly remembered why. I had to ask 3 people where an item was and they were not helpful. One individual that was doing online shopping for the store nearly refused to move so I could retrieve an item she was blocking. When I asked her for the 2nd time she moved only 1 step. I had to ask her in a more firm voice to move and she did with attitude. Then as I was checking out the cashier had attitude. I had to be the one to greet him. He didn't smile or ask anything. He didn't even tell my total. He just stared at me like, figure it out. The customer service was terrible. The place was crowded, and very few people had people skills. Like, excuse me, I'm sorry, or thank you. I'll stick to Meijer or Hy-vee from now on.

The customer service reps keep hanging up lol, they also do not sound happy to be there. Overall it's not too bad but the short staffing in some areas makes it hard to get certain items like cologne which is locked and thus need a staff member to unlock it. Sometimes can take 20 minutes even if notifying employees. But ig the place could be worse

Yeah walmart can burn in hell. Yall could pick up the phone more than once. Your tire shops need to learn how answer the phone. Maybe update your website if your tire shop is closed. Your rating is zero.

I wanted help with the electronics. Getting a game out of the case, and so I went up to some employees and asked for help. They honestly seemed super upset I asked to get a game and when they came to help me they basically didn't want to help at all. I told them the game I wanted was underneath a bunch of other ones on top of the bottom shelf behind the glass but bc she couldn't see the game she just locked it back up and left me standing there. Probably to go back to her conversation. Honestly idk why some people work. If you don't want to help customers go the heck home. All I wanted was a video game for my bf for Xmas and I left feeling like I was a burden for even asking to unlock a game case to search for said game.

Today this employee followed my mom and I around the store and kept violating our personal space... first when we were looking at clothing she BARGED past our cart pushing it out of her way without saying anything and the next time I had to answer a phone call by the bakery section and she REACHED OVER my cart to place a cupcake box from the top shelf to the bottom shelf. Why is this necessary?! Who is this older white female worker with shoulder length straight hair? She needs some sensitivity training or maybe to be fired...

Staff and management do not respect social distancing protocols or a potential customer's right to ask questions about unmarked items. I went to purchase a tote which was unmarked on the shelf and listed for $7. A manager, Charlie told me the item was $25 and that he didn't care what price I saw. He went as far as telling me to "download the app or don't shop here" I told him his staff should have items placed and priced properly and that I had nothing else to speak with him about. I attempted to check out at a register but was followed by the manager Charlie. I told the cashier that there were some discrepancies on the price of the item and asked if I could speak with someone other than Charlie. At this point he leans over my shoulder and instructs his worker not to ring me up and that I'm arguing with everyone I asked him politely to give me 6 feet in accordance to the social distancing protocol in place in our state. He refused and at one point I was surrounded by what must have been every front of store worker I honestly felt that I was going to be physically assaulted because I asked to speak with another member of management. After he realized I was recording the incident he gave me my space and ordered his cashier to ring me up.

I needed copies of keys made and I got three done yesterday. None of them are even close to being the same as the original, so they don't work. Tried calling me got transferred to the service area. The phone rang for 10+ minutes. They kept hitting the hold button and ignoring the call. The lady who made the keys was extremely rude as soon as we walked up. She stood at the other side of the desk for 5 minutes doing nothing while we waited. We hit the assistance button thinking maybe someone else was supposed to be there. She then rudely said "can you not see me? I'll be there in a minute." Overall just so disappointed with Walmart and it's employees.

Absolutely unbelievable customer service. They can't print return labels because their printer has been down 6 months. They sent me to return the package to Fed-Ex. Fed-Ex laughed because apparently it's common they get Walmart people but you know, it was a USPS return. They too laughed at the Normal Walmart incompetency. To top this off, I had called the 1-800 customer service number who told me they spoke to the store. CS staff told me they don't speak to corporate customer service. Well, then Anthony at the corporate # lied to me and I'm guessing given the idiots behind the counter, didn't care and they were lying. Either way, the incompetency was astounding. If I could give them 0 stars, I would. Usually I get the "I don't want to be working here" attitude. Fair enough. This was just incompetent, lying, bungling, buffoonery that makes everyone else look bad.

You know when you're leaving the store and have things that aren't bagged? They usually ask for your receipt. I was at the checkout right next to the man who asks for receipts and he asked for mines, I had a dog bed, pineapples, and a sweater, but the lady right behind, who was white, had a cases of pop and her milk out and he barely looked at her. He walked right up to my cart and asked for the receipt though. If your going to ask one person for their receipt, then ask EVERYONE otherwise it looks like you're discriminating and thinking that I'm stealing but she wouldn't.

My friend and I were going to buy a gift for her brother who is turning 7 today. We asked an employee politely to find it and she laughed in our face, rolled her eyes, and didn't help she continued to consult another employee to laugh along with her. we then went off to find the present by ourselves with no help from them, ran into another employee, asked for her help, she was also rude. terrible experience.

This walmart places people to check receipts at the front of the store, after buying one thing of cat litter in the self check out I threw my receipt into the trash and went the to door where the man asked me for my receipt and I told him I threw it away, he then told me to go it out of the trash can and bring it back to him!! I've been shopping at Walmart all my life knowing it's not the best place, but after this I will not be going back.

I arrived at the auto center at 07:00 as the first customer when they opened. I wanted an oil change, wheels balanced and rotated. There were only two other customers in line after me. They had similar maintenance orders. After the two other customers were finished and left the store, my car was finally finished at 09:25. First one in at 07:00 and last one out at 09:25 for maintenance that should have taken 1 hour max. Also, I watched the technician torque my wheels. It is obvious that no one has ever taught him how to use a torque wrench properly. Instead of applying a smooth even force on the wrench until it breaks away (clicks), he used a quick explosive force on the wrench until it clicked. He only checked two nuts on each wheel. I re checked the torque when I got home. The lug nuts were torqued to 125' lbs when 100' lbs is the spec. The employees just don't exhibit any energy to get work done expeditiously.

I was just there purchasing cigarettes with a gift card. I have a valid ID showing I'm of age. The 62 yr young gentleman in front of me didn't. I offered to do a good deed and purchase both packs...one for him and another for me but the clerk in the "speedy checkout" lane decided she was the a smoke gastapo and told Me what I was doing was illegal. She was so flustered with her job she couldn't ring up my transaction or the customers in front of me. Wonder why NO ONE really wants to shop there.
