Walked in, knowing very little other than I wanted a bike and a rack.
Tried a couple of bikes and walked out after buying the one I liked the most.

helpful staff good selection. I picked out my bike and they immediately tuned it and installed any accessories.
Any time I randomly stop by they have time to help. I tend to have a lot of questions and they are always happy to answer them.

I won't be coming back. Service is too bipolar. Look, I understand you know a lot about bikes, however I just had an unpleasant experience to justify taking my bike elsewhere. I was on the phone trying to get an estimate of how much a tube and a tire would cost. The tube was no problem, but when I read the tire size the man over the phone cut me off and said "it wasn't possible". I wished him well but certainly will not be doing bike maintenance here from now on. Like come on man, I'm just reading what's on my tire.

Every worker was so friendly! I came in, no appointment, and they took my bike in straight away. I hadn’t used the bike in years, so it needed a lot fixed. I also know nothing about what goes into repairing bikes, and they helped get everything tuned up! Thought it was gonna take at least a few days, but they texted within 2 hours that the bike was ready. Afterwards they gave me some maintenance tips. I’m so happy with what they did for me!! Recommend fully!!

Shop wouldn’t offer to tune my rear derailleur or set up a dropper post because they “don’t understand e-bikes” and cant work on them. It is a mid drive conversion with no battery installed and all things they needed to work on were part of the original mtb.
Apparently this is a new sales oriented shop and don’t understand working on bike components.

I had a wonderful experience buying a bike at Vitesse. Koby was my salesperson. He was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. He took the time to go through all of the options and let me test ride all of the bikes. I feel that he went above and beyond to provide a great experience. I would absolutely recommend Vitesse to anyone looking for a new bike.

I took my wife's Trek in to get serviced and checked out. Sean was very specific in what was needed along with a few recommendations. The price he quoted was exactly what I paid and they actually completed the service a day earlier that I requested. Great work and my wife was very happy it!

I’ve bought all my running shoes from this store for the last 15 years. Years ago I was towards the end of trading for a marathon and my knees were hurting during my long runs. I stopped in Often Running and Mitch took the time to analyze my running style and listen to my knee symptoms. He recommended Brooks Adrenaline shoes based on how they support and how I landed. Issues solved. These guys are great at what they do- and they are customer focused. They remember you when you come in and they do the little things like making u aware of manufacturers’ sales and any discounts available. Highly recommend

My bike tire caught a flat and Vitesse was able to fix it quickly and for a decent price. They also provided a nice, cold water and held the door open for me both times.

We have purchased bikes and shoes. They helped fit me for shoes that hugely helped my Plantar Fasciatis. Helped my husband get shoes a few days ago. This store is an asset to Bloomington/Normal.
