“We've only been a couple times, but my dog is calmer at Prairie Oaks than any other vet he's been to. He liked Dr Fraker and the techs, too. The doc was down to earth and knew how to explain things without sounding patronizing or bored. He even gave my daughter's toy dog a checkup. Ha! The atmosphere is comfortable there and I feel like Prairie Oaks will be a great fit for us. Did I mention they are affordable?? I couldn't believe the office visit bill was under $100, even with shots and a nail trim. I was impressed all around with our experience and am glad to have found such a nice place for my furry kiddos.”

“10 stars if it were possible!!! Long story short my pup had a laceration quite large and would need sutures to close, I didn't have the thousands I was quoted the night before at an animal hospital. I called our own vet in the morning and they stated that they didn't have the staff nor were they comfortable working with my dog due to previous interactions. My pup likes to growl and then they recommended SMART VET NORMAL. I called and explained the situation, got a quote over the phone and had him in surgery within 1.5 hours. Everyone in the office was kind and caring! Doctor Tabor explained what the surgery would initial and then had taken my pup to the back. When I returned to get my furry friend, I was informed that my bill was less than I was quoted. When does that ever happen. YOU SAVED MY PUP, SAVED ME THOUSANDS, AND GAINED A LIFE LONG PATIENT THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU!!!!”
