David once again does what he does best! He is incredibly knowledgeable and very helpful. Without him at this store, I would wait until he is back to make sure I receive my concerns with him knowing that he will always solve the problems or let me know changes that have happened. I am a Verizon customer as long as David is there!!!

Arrived at the store at 11:01am on a Sunday (they open at 11) and there was already a customer being helped by the lone guy working. While he was helping said gentleman another couple came in behind us. When it was our turn to be waited on another young man soon followed by another women came in the store. Ben took his time with our issue to explain our options, helped me with a totally different issue and still had time to wait on the other customers in the store and be as attentive to them as he was to us. Definitely a 5 star experience on a task I typically dread. Great multitasking, Ben! ?

Great team at the Normal BeMoble Verizon store.
David (Mgr), Rodney and Ben are very knowledgeable helpful and patient as we switched 3 fam lines from Xfin to VZW and got new iPhone15’s + iPads
Great job and still helping the old Boomer transition from Android to Apple (FaceTime w/Grands and much more AI).
Highly recommended!!
