So this is not a full Fledged UPS store, but can service all UPS needs outside of an buisness Account. If you need to ship through a buisness Account you need to reprint your label for them to use.

Always fast, efficient and friendly. Suni and Kalgee were so helpful with a problem. They gave me great advice on what to do! It’s my go to UPS office! I know I can always count on great customer service and that my returns will be handled properly! I really appreciate the employees at this location!

I went there with my box shipping to canada. They told me it was $310 to ship it for 11 pound box. I went to the one in empire st and it was just $87. Are they trying to earn that much?

I’ve had nothing but good experiences and excellent, friendly service at the UPS store inside Meijer’s. Returning Amazon packages is quick and easy, and their packaging and shipping service is top notch. The people at this location truly go above and beyond to give great service 👏👏👏

They are fast and not expensive to send packages plus they guarantee their times and dates! Like that they work really hard to ensure things are packed good when they do it for you.

When I spoke to Amazon about a return they told me one thing. When I got here to do the return, I guess it was wrong. No big deal. But the worker here kept saying over and over again I needed to read the instructions. It was incredibly antagonizing and unprofessional.

I set up an appointment for notary services at this location. The notary rolled in 10 minutes late, didn't acknowledge the fact they were late and didn't apologize for wasting my time. Other than the that the service was provided without further issue and I was thanked for utilizing the service. Overall it was a disappointing experience.
