Great to do business with. We needed a shirt printed for a local Jr high here in normal. He stopped what he was doing and spent the next 30 minutes making us what we needed. Now that's customer service !!! They will get my business from now on...

This place is so awesome for getting sorority/frat shirts or big/little reveal shirts and they come in fast fast. The guy at birds nest called and worked w me to get exactly what I wanted, so awesome and very helpful :)

Walked in to take a quick look around. I was drawn in by the sale sign on the window. There was one man standing behind the counter working with another customer. After looking around at the racks, I went to leave. At this point, the man welcomed me to the store. He jokingly told me I couldn't leave without knowing the sales. I responded with, "The signs are pretty clear what they are." Then, he pitched the sales. At this point, it was a typical customer service experience, albeit a little aggressive. When I said I was just looking and comparing prices, he said something to the nature of, "Well, I'll be seeing you again because I know we're the cheapest place around." While it may just be his personality, his tone and phrasing made me feel like he was not happy that I was leaving without purchasing something. His word choice came across as arrogant, and I did not feel welcome in the store. They sell a lot of Gildan which is a good brand, and their pricing seems fair. Unfortunately, I was so put off by his arrogant and aggressive customer service that I will not be coming back to give my business. I'd rather pay $14.99 for a t-shirt at a store that lets me look around without feeling confronted than feel uncomfortable in a store that has better deals.
