Overall super friendly people and the store is kept clean and organized. But they seriously need to turn on the AC, it’s unfair to the workers to have to work in that heat all day.

Tried to try on some shorts tonight. There was an employee (very unfriendly older lady) sitting on a chair outside the fitting rooms on her phone telling everyone they were closed for the night, the store did not close for over 45 minutes. There were piles of clothes around her, full racks of clothes waiting to be returned to the racks and carts full of clothes blocking the isles around the fitting rooms. When I said guess I’m not buying anything she gruffly stated “you can return it.” Very unimpressed!

Disorganized, small, makeup section is never stocker or oraganized. Every single self checkout lane is closed and there is three people checking people out in checkout lanes with lines. Ridiculous and I do not understand why they would make the shopping experience this uncomfortable for people. Open your self checkout lanes or have more cashiers!

The wait time to use a self checkout or checkout with an employee took me 15 minutes to check out. There needs to be a larger self checkout aisle.

Clean store and friendly employees. 4/5 because the dollar spot is the smallest I've ever seen and the line to check out is always long. The line is especially long when college/university is in session. Bloomington Normal could use a bigger target or second location.

Every time I come here there's a 20-minute line for both self-checkout and the two staffed lanes. Seems to be an issue at just about every Target I go to.
