“we had ordered cabinets that were supposed to be delivered during the week of 4/8 to 4/15/24. When the shipment was moved over to a final delivery carrier, that's where all communication stopped and we had to contact Estes to find out where and when we would receive them. The final delivery carrier did not respond back until 5pm the same day we had contacted Estes with a delivery date of 4/18/24. When we contacted Estes and explained the situation, that we needed these before that date and had not heard from the final carrier about a change, they were very helpful and offered to have one of their drivers deliver it on Friday, however they could only set the pallet down in our driveway and not in the house. The driver called us that morning and was here within the time he had stated. He was very nice and explained to us what we needed to do by taking pictures and contacting immediately if we spotted any damage. We would definitely recommend Estes again, they were very helpful in ensuring we were a satisified customer!”
“I keep forgetting they don't open until 9:00 a.m.. would that be a warning for everybody else? Don't show up early. Once they were there and open they were very helpful. I was in and out in no time.”
“Update: Our delivery made it today by noon, and the guy was very nice and package was in great shape! A few times I’ve had some damaged packages delivered by UPS, but never have any luck getting them to assist with any claims. More recently it just takes longer to get packages, often later in the day. As we follow the drivers route in north normal it seems to have them circling us before actually delivering. Wish they would come earlier in the day if possible, but the route seems to cover a large geographical area.”
