I was amazed at how fast delivery was most places have a 4 hour window. The gentlemen who delivered my washer and drier could not be any nicer. They took precautions with their shoes which is great. They took their time doing what they needed to do to prevent damage to the machines or the walls. Did l mention how nice they were very very polite.

We were greeted immediately on entering the store. Nathan showed us to the area we needed to look and stayed to help. He looked up another model that might work. We decided to switch to an upright freezer from a chest freezer and found what we needed. He wrote up the sale and scheduled delivery for the next day. Very happy with the experience.

We had worked with Mike at Sherman’s about four years ago to buy a new refrigerator. I bought that over the phone and it was a great experience, so we knew we would buy a new washer and dryer from Sherman’s and Kike. .
