I recently had a wonderful experience at our local Sam’s store optical department. My prescription had extremely changed in a year & I could no longer wear the 5-month-old glasses that I had purchased there. Selina Mccleskey, the Optical Manager, helped me navigate the extended warranty details & I was able to get new lenses quickly.

Inadequate and poorly managed tire center. Staff felt indifferent with my business (Not willing to save the sale or accommodate me to another location). Overall discouraging and uninspiring experience. Services refunded and left. **Disclaimer to those that decide to get their automotive services done at this location.**

I love Sam's. One day I had to have an order delivered. It was delivered on time. The lady who did the delivery actually even helped me bring one of the large boxes in the house. I have ordered Sam's to pick up. That went great. I have even ordered items to be delivered order came quickly. Nothing but cheers for all delivery types. Items I got were also grea!
