I shopped in the store earlier today. At the time, it wasn't busy, and I was the only customer in line. The tall, fragile cashier with two-tone hair assisted me. Earlier, I saw her on the floor. After she rang my two pairs of pants, she grabbed and stuffed them in the bag as if I had just purchased a bag of trash. I took the pants out of the bag and asked if it was her practice to ball clothing and stuff them in a bag. She responded that they were trained to do that, and they all did it because they were busy. Around that time, a customer approached the line. I reminded her that there were no customers in the line when she completed my transaction. She did not know what to say, and then said that's the way I do it. I want to bring light to this situation. Although I wash my clothing before wearing them, it's the principle of handling any customer's purchase with care and appreciation. I decided to come into Ross to shop and make a purchase. There are many store options to be made. The clothing is already overpriced for the quality, and to have a cashier handling it like it trash is unappreciated and poor customer service. In the future, I hope she doesn't receive the poor customer service she rendered. If she does, I trust that she will remember this day.

The younger female employees are lovely.. but the older manager lady is yikes! Gave us attitude and was unclear about the changing rooms since the back ones were closed and they were for some reason closing the front ones too then opening the back. I also overheard her snap rudely "What are you doing?!" at a younger employee who seemed to be organizing things. Managers like that are the reason employees and customers have bad experiences. We ended up leaving without buying anything.

Normally hectic because there's usually only 1-2 cashiers. The last time I visited, about 3 days ago, there was one cashier and 10 people in line. I put back the items that I was going to purchase and left. That isn't the first time I've spent precious time shopping just to have to choose to wait 20+ minutes in line or leave because they can't put or won't hire more staff. I felt sorry for the cashier.Maybe invest in self service kiosk like 5 below and have those 1-2 employees monitor.However, there are some great finds at Ross. I've purchased plenty of nice home items at this location.

Low cost clothing store, associates could be more friendly and helpful, especially when it comes to the changing rooms. They shut one of them down and then took almost 15 minutes to open another one up even after I asked if my child could try on a couple of shirts.

Love the clothes, I always find things there, but I am fed up with the dressing room issues. They have a whole bunch of dressing rooms at the back of the store that they always use to use so you never had to wait for one but for quite some time now they have had thisr closed off and all you have is 2 up front and every time I have to wait 10 or 15 minutes to get into one
