Called and was placed on hold for "one minute" by an Indian man I couldn't understand...an hour later I hung up and called back to find out the call center was closed. Do better PNC. Busey now has my business.

They get to know you and your name and are very friendly. You can make sure that they are interested in you and your accounts. They are careful and professional.

PNC banker was very nice and helpful with setting up virtual wallet and putting in all my bills to help me see where I am at financially. Klarissa is awesome.

We have been banking with PNC ever since they opened on College Ave. They have been wonderful to us, and we have had no problems. I have called them when worried that we may have been victims of identity theft. They always calm me down and tell me steps to take. I have always felt our money was safe with them.

I used the Pnc SmartAccess. I'm in disbelief how they run. They will shut down your account for various reason. After being on hold and transferring you to their security department only to be told they can't tell you if they received the information they requested. I was told they have to email that part of the security that lifts holds. Not other way to contact the real security department other than email. Not only that they lie about the timeframe they work in. I will never use this company again I more afraid they have stolen my money than a hacker. Issue three days later despite me faxing them info has still not been resolved. So if you like being able to talk and feel your money is in a secure place this is NOT the company to trust.

Last month a worker there told me that i can use an atm 1 x a month without fees. Tbere sre no atm witnin a 20 mile radius. Appearantly he was mistaken because theybr charging me snywsys. I have been with this bank since 2010, now they dont care if t h ey lose me over atm fees. Going to switch to chase soln.
